Look i understand this whole situation gotta wait for the insurance to accept it to get my CPAP this is literally getting annoying makes me wanna go elsewhere! They messed up my stuff the firstime after they had me already scheduled smh! Then turned around had to re-due everything again iam getting tired either contact me and get me scheduled or i will go elsewhere! Because i am literally having issues sleep!!! This isn't me stop playing with my health and let's get this rolling!

My cpap machine Kept blowing out cold air and I try turning on the warm on then I tried turning the machine on it blows up cold air. I really want to use the cpap machine but the cold air makes inside of my nose burn.

I'm upset , piss off, and VERY ANGRY that customers has to wait 1 hour 48 minutes and 16 second on HOLD!!!!!! STILL no one answers . There is know away that you are that FREAKIN busy that you cannot answer the phone LINDA CREACH

The service at the facility was fantastic but the billing is a joke. They processed my insurance using the wrong ID number and erroneously charged me hundreds of dollars and simply refuse to refund my money even though i have a credit on my account and my insurance company has paid for everything in full. I have called them at least ten times in the past two months and they have said the refund was coming multiple times but it never does. I highly recommend using a different company for your cpap needs so you don’t experience the same issues I have.

Exactly what the other reviewer said! Great service at the location but terrible billing. Charged me hundreds of dollars instead of billing my insurance and i have a huge credit on my account and they simply will not refund my money. They keep telling me it's coming but it never does. I finally issued a dispute with my credit card company. Please go elsewhere.
