Not happy, terrible service. Had my car towed on Thursday (1/11) and told them the problem. Tried calling for 3 days with no answer. They had my car for 6 days and finally got someone on the phone just to be told “they have to tow it into the shop.” They never even looked at it. Terrible customer service!!

They did great work!!! I'd love to give them 5 stars but their communication with the customer is lacking. They had my vehicle for two days past their own estimated timeline and never called to tell me that my vehicle was going to take longer than they anticipated. I had to call them multiple times to pull information about my repairs. This put extra pressure on me as my rental company wanted updates as to when their rental car would be returned.

The Brigg's people who handled the paperwork of the sale of my vehicle get 1 star. Christian Yeager, the guy who worked with me through the process of selling the car, gets 10 stars. Without Christian Brigg's gets 1 star. If you need to sell a car quickly you have come to the wrong place, my friend! If you have time to sell the car, you will get a fair price. If you need money quick because you owe 2 points on the vig and it's time to pay up or get your knees broken, say goodbye to your legs because these guys will lose your paperwork and mail stuff to the wrong address. What can be done in two weeks will take two months.Questi ragazzi ti faranno impazzire!! Ayyyy! You know what I mean!?

The communication was horrible, after 3 months I believe Brandon started contacting me more and that's why they don't get 1 star.Insurance was going to total my car but Brandon decided to not file all the damages the car had.After only one month my car was ready and that's when Brandon said: "oh an btw there is this piece you will need to replace later on", I asked why he didn't put it with the claim and he said: "other wise your car would have been totaled and I didn't want that for you" My guess is that they wanted the 8 thousand dollars they got from the insurance. I picked up the car 2 days ago after 4 months and surprise surprise a piece inside my vehicle that holds up the visor was broken, just laying there on my ash tray. I'll replace it my self but man it was a struggle.I hope and it seems like this is just an unfortunate thing that happened with me but it wasn't pleasant.Hopefully this can be a learning experience for everyone

I had a great experience having my 2022 Jeep wrangler repaired here after a collision. I chose Briggs because it was a USAA approved repair shop. I went in for an estimate, waited about a month for the appointment, and had a 10 day repair.

Worst place to buy a car. I bought a Chevy Malibu RS 2020 like 5 months ago and I already have issues with the transmission of the car. I called them and they just said “yeah I know but it’s something that we don’t cover since we give a warranty for just 30 days or 1000 miles”, like whattt???? Not a recommended place to buy a car at ALL!!

Kind of disappointed with the employee that couldn't give us any information we were looking for. Worst part is that he brought over a Volkswagen instead of a Toyota Camry that he didn't have to show. He also showed me two vehicles that had the smell of cigarettes in them. It had to take more than two people to provide the information I needed to know about some of the vehicles I was interested in. If I do decide to buy a vehicle there, it will go to the 2nd salesmen that put more effort in helping us than the first one. I may have to go to Topekas Briggs again.

I was hit in an accident in December requiring a new rim and lug nuts. USAA set up the appraisal, everything with that went fine and I was told I would be called once the parts came in. Called a month or so later after never hearing anything, the original person who worked the claim had left the company. I guess that means they just ignore when parts come in as they had been received and I was never notified. Took the truck in for an appointment to change out rim, lug nuts, and rim center cap. Upon returning to pick up my truck I noticed my rim was replaced but the lug nuts and center cap were not. No need to fear though as the new lug nuts and center cap were safely installed in my cup holder (which I originally thought was trash left by a technician). Which amazes me since they transferred the old damaged center cap to the new rim. After all the hassle with them I decided to just change the rest out myself. If USAA offers them as an option, look for another shop in the area. It is clear they do not track any sort of quality control with their work or work order management.

Beautiful repair on my vehicle following a deer collision that caused major damage.I was kept informed throughout the process as needed parts arrived, and repairs were underway.The staff was friendly and knowledgeableI've was particularly impressed when I picked up my SUV that not only was the outside sparkling clean with a beautiful repair, but the interior had also been thoroughly cleaned and detailed- which was truly going above and beyond.Briggs Autobody is the best!

Took a MONTH to do a simple fix on my car, alignment, some new suspension pieces and an oil change, I got the car home and it was POURING out oil. Very frustrating and would definitely NEVER recommend Briggs.

They improperly installed my new fuel tank (which inexplicably took 3 months to complete. I had to call and remind them multiple times during this period. Fortunately this was not my primary vehicle.)When I picked up my vehicle from this repair, it stopped running less than one mile from the shop (apparently they didn't test drive it or check their work. With 3 months to make the repair, I would have expected they had plenty of opportunity to do so). After being stranded on the highway, at night, Briggs agreed to pay for the tow truck and properly repair the tank with a second attempt. Fortunately there was no cost for this try at fixing the tank but it was a huge inconvenience for me.After repairing the fuel tank (I appreciate they admitted their mistake), they did additional work on my vehicle (which they didn't properly fix and is still an issue - they offered to take a second try at the repair. Apparently getting things right on the first attempt is not part of their service). Briggs called me to pick up my vehicle and to pay my new bill. When I arrived, they had no record of the repair in the system and they asked me to come back "another day." I pointed to the lot and showed them where my vehicle was sitting but they told me I would need to come back and try again. After making multiple trips and wasting too much time on this, Briggs refuses to discount the work or compensate me for lost time, fuel cost and having to set up someone to drive me back and forth for multiple trips all because of their incompetence.I will never bring another vehicle to this establishment. They are unorganized, error prone and don't realize the inconvenience that they create for the customer when multiple fixes and return trips are required to correct the issue. When I spoke with Pat, the service manager, about this he was dismissive and unprofessional about the situation. With so many other choices in Manhattan, I'll will try one of those when a repair is needed.For all the reasons above, I recommend never taking your vehicle to Briggs.

Johnny was amazing and got my car in quickly for estimate and repairs within two and a half weeks! Given all the parts issues everyone is having, Briggs was fantastic and my car is just like new. I can’t thank them enough for all the awesome work!!Service: Body & Trim
