We had an excellent used car buying experience. Our salesman Drew was excellent, he did a great job, he was thorough, patient, and really great to work with. He gave us time to think it through, look at many options that we had not previously considered, there was no pressure applied, and we left with a great car and very happy. On the finance side, we worked with both Gabe and Tyson—again, both gentlemen were thorough in working through th options, but were very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

At first I had my doubts because it was late and people were getting kind of rude. But Lee is the guy who helped me he was amazing i highly recommend him .he went out of his way to help me out i will definitely do business there again as long as Lee helps me .

I came into Briggs Nissan with a not so optimistic hope due to previous small town feedback that I would be treated poorly if I wasn't a big spender. I decided to go out on a limb & I assure you Mr Lee went above & beyond for a week at diligently finding a vehicle we could afford & meet our request. We sealed the deal a few days ago, they even bought my car for far more than it was worth. The Finance guys were also amazing & the staff stayed 2 hours past close to finalize the purchase of our beautiful 2024 Nissan Rouge. It wasn't until the end of the 1st day I admitted my husband was an employee, I really wanted to test Briggs........and they passed with flying colors.

Got myself a new vehicle from here recently and what an experience! Drew helped me from start to finish. From trying to figure out what was wrong with my truck to running down a new SUV with everything I wanted in it! I've come by so many times now the staff all know my name lol. Stopped in as a hopeless mess and came out a happy and thankful customer. Thank you guys for all you do!

Their service department is the worst one I've ever personally dealt with in decades of having vehicles serviced. They don't get the vehicle back to you when they said they would. They don't make the necessary repairs needed then they make you keep bringing your vehicle back until they guess right on what's wrong with it. Then the service manager insults your intelligence and treats you like you know nothing about vehicles even though you've been driving over 50 years and use to repair your own vehicles. No one I spoke to in the service department seem to know much about vehicles at all. I believe that they take advantage of people who don't know anything about vehicles and sell them whatever they need until they come across someone who actually knows something about vehicles. Their prices are ridiculous. After bringing my vehicle in for the same repair of a tire air pressure sensor 3 different times I decided to go to another shop because you can't trust Briggs to get it right. The only reason we went their in the first place is because we had bought a vehicle from them recently and had a good buying experience. I would highly suggest you stay away from their service department, service writer Lacy and service manager Pat because you certainly will be disappointed. They tried to sell us service and parts we didn't need.The service manager tried to give me the run around when I asked to talk to his boss about the bad service I received. Go somewhere else for your service needs! Their response is that they can't figure out who I am after I spoke with the service manager for over 15 minutes on the phone about all of this is them trying to cover up for themselves. Save yourself the hassle go elsewhere!

CJ and Gabe made purchasing a new vehicle a great experience! CJ worked tirelessly to find the exact vehicle for my family. Gabe was friendly and personable. Lee provided us all the information to work the infotainment system. We are very happy with our new vehicle purchase and the overall experience we had with the people at Briggs.
