We worked with Larry to buy my new car. He listened to everything we wanted/didn't want. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and got me into my new vehicle! Luis was the finance guy, and he was great to work with! Went over everything in detail and very thorough. If you need a car this is the place to go! Highly recommend!

The sales rep. That helped me, Mack, was pleasant to work with! He steamrolled the process for me, got me within budget and helped me keep my eyes on a car that was more adequate for said budget! The whole team over there was eager to see me get a car, and just made the afternoon quick and efficient. I am satisfied, and can’t recommend the guys enough. Thanks again guys!

The Brigg's people who handled the paperwork of the sale of my vehicle get 1 star. Christian Yeager, the guy who worked with me through the process of selling the car, gets 10 stars. Without Christian Brigg's gets 1 star. If you need to sell a car quickly you have come to the wrong place, my friend! If you have time to sell the car, you will get a fair price. If you need money quick because you owe 2 points on the vig and it's time to pay up or get your knees broken, say goodbye to your legs because these guys will lose your paperwork and mail stuff to the wrong address. What can be done in two weeks will take two months.Questi ragazzi ti faranno impazzire!! Ayyyy! You know what I mean!?

So to start off Christian Yager and the Managers at this location are awesome. Bought a truck and they worked with me to get me at price I liked. The truck I bought had a couple issues and they went out of there way to make sure that the issues were fixed. Then I went on vacation and had a big issue with the truck so I brought it back and the fixed the issues immediately for me. They will work with you very well. Even the mechanics at this location are very capable and competent and will assist you as well. Highly recommend shopping here and highly recommend going to Christian Yager!

In the beginning of April (April 3) I went to trade in my vehicle at Briggs, I was talked into a vehicle with a higher payment than I would have preferred (I know partially my fault), and it is now the end of April (April 25) and my trade in vehicle still hasn’t been paid off, so I still had to make the payment on my previous vehicle. When I called to resolve the issue, they couldn’t help us over the phone so we went in and spoke to them in person. Where they said they’d been meaning to call us about a missed signature on the paperwork for the new car, and that their finance department wouldn’t pay out the trade in until the financials were set up for the new car. We are ready to give their car back and get my vehicle back, and said as much and I hear the manager say “fine. Go somewhere else” behind a wall. they asked what they can do to keep our business, the resolution that we came to was that they’d write me a check for the amount of my vehicle payment and get a new 10 day pay out. They tried to convince us they did not need a new 10 day pay out and that the financed bank would send us a check for the extra funds, but the financed bank said that we needed a new 10 day pay out since there had been a new payment made. I was assured at 12:30pm on April 24th that they would call me with the check ready by the evening of April 24th, or no later than late morning on the 25th. My husband called at 11:30 and they said they’d call to check on the status and call him back, at 12:45 he called to see what’s going on and was told the finance manager wasn’t in today, even though he had just spoken to him an hour ago. I had heard mixed reviews about this company, and still chose to give them a chance and this situation is making me question that decision.

Christian Yager helped me get my first car yesterday. I am so happy with it and with my overall experience! He was super helpful and honest and made it a very pleasant first car buying experience. Will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! I would give this review a 10/10 if I could!

Words can't describe how satisfied I am with Hyrum and briggs team. Never Purchased a vehicle from a dealership that actually cared about their customers like briggs supercenter. They always go above and beyond to make sure im satisfied. If anyone just moved to Manhattan or is looking to purchasing a new vehicle got see Hyrum at briggs before any other dealership. They improperly installed my new fuel tank (which inexplicably took 3 months to complete. I had to call and remind them multiple times during this period. Fortunately this was not my primary vehicle.)When I picked up my vehicle from this repair, it stopped running less than one mile from the shop (apparently they didn't test drive it or check their work. With 3 months to make the repair, I would have expected they had plenty of opportunity to do so). After being stranded on the highway, at night, Briggs agreed to pay for the tow truck and properly repair the tank with a second attempt. Fortunately there was no cost for this try at fixing the tank but it was a huge inconvenience for me.After repairing the fuel tank (I appreciate they admitted their mistake), they did additional work on my vehicle (which they didn't properly fix and is still an issue - they offered to take a second try at the repair. Apparently getting things right on the first attempt is not part of their service). Briggs called me to pick up my vehicle and to pay my new bill. When I arrived, they had no record of the repair in the system and they asked me to come back "another day." I pointed to the lot and showed them where my vehicle was sitting but they told me I would need to come back and try again. After making multiple trips and wasting too much time on this, Briggs refuses to discount the work or compensate me for lost time, fuel cost and having to set up someone to drive me back and forth for multiple trips all because of their incompetence.I will never bring another vehicle to this establishment. They are unorganized, error prone and don't realize the inconvenience that they create for the customer when multiple fixes and return trips are required to correct the issue. When I spoke with Pat, the service manager, about this he was dismissive and unprofessional about the situation. With so many other choices in Manhattan, I'll will try one of those when a repair is needed.For all the reasons above, I recommend never taking your vehicle to Briggs.

The only slight Mis-step in my opinion is not at least letting the customer be aware that the staff is aware that the customer is on the lot. Thankfully Christian Yager just happened to be there, asked how I was doing and just asked if I needed help. That was the beginning of great things to happen for me and myself. Christian assisted me in what cars I desired to test drive and exhibited outstanding patience and in-depth knowledge as he answered all my questions concisely. As I made a decision as to what direction I wished to Pursue Christian introduced me to another great gentleman, Mr. Micah Pelofsky, the General Sales Manager and all I can say as to how I was respected and treated by them both is nothing less than above and beyond outstanding!! To this day I am still impressed. They both showed unmatched professionalism, true dedication to the customer and your company and honesty and integrity beyond many in the automotive businesses. Last but not at all the least is Mr. Hiram Godsey. I did not realize he was a sales consultant. He finalized my paperwork and was able to explain and answer any questions and concerns I had, And patiently submitted changes I needed to Mr. Pelofsky to meet my request. Not once did either of my team that assisted me fail to smile and show me the utmost respect. So to whomever should be kind enough to read this review, know that every word is fact and truth. From interacting with just those three I have become a lifelong customer and would happily recommend anyone and everyone who asks my opinions to come to Briggs Auto by the Airport. Ten stars is way better than five and I give them from me those ten stars.
