Got new front struts and an alignment get things straight for new tires. Two days later, take it to Discount tire. They do a free alignment check. Caster and toe are out of spec, but somehow camber isn’t. Paid Discount Tire for another alignment, but they won’t adjust caster/camber without the eccentric bolts that Ford says to use.I can see by witness marks the control arms were moved by Bud’s without eccentric bolts. Went back to Bud’s. Tech there tells me that NEW OE SIZED TIRES CAUSE MISALIGNMENT and that they couldn’t let me drive to Discount Tire without an alignment for liability. Avoid this place.

Wish we would have read reviews before taking my son’s car to Bud’s. Bud’s performed over $800 worth of repairs that my son did not authorize, while never performing the one test he asked them to. When we picked up the car, they were condescending to my college-age son, who has rebuilt cars with my husband, when he questioned why they did not do the work originally requested. Less than a week later, the check engine light and same error code are back again. Don’t waste your time and money.

Buds auto service did a very good job in taking care of us as customers, their price was fair, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure they our car would n as good as possible. They were thorough in their diagnosis and explanation as well. We will be return customers for sure

I was recommended to Buds by Walmart when I needed some help on my car. Right off the bat they were nothing but helpful! Sadly my car needs a lot of work but they explained everything to me , even when I asked if it’s just time for me to get a new car. I will 100% only be going to see them from oil changes to all the big things my car needs . They are amazing and extremely knowledgeable!

I was told absolutely nothing about a diagnostic fee and they made me spend 140 bucks just to confirm to me what I told them was wrong. They had the car for maybe an hour at most. All I wanted was a number on how much it would cost to replace. There are many cheaper places that do the same job. But good service and moderately nice people. Just the price and lack of transparency with them asking for your money

The only Shop in Manhattan with great service and guaranteed all repairs to be fixed correctly and in a professional manner. Very good mechanic shop, customer service is great, very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.Services: Auto battery maintenance

They overcharge for parts/charge for services they do NOT complete. They charged me $60 over price for a part from the store, charged me for doing brakes that they did not fix/do at all. I asked them not to order a part/repair a piece because i could do it myself and they still charged/did the repair.Service: Auto maintenance
