horrible store , always some issues, hires the simplest of people , never fully staffed which in the morning on the way to work is a horrible choice, credit cards readers always have a problem, and they never seem to fix them,. don't waste your time hit a different gas station, there's a reason they only got a 2.2 stars ,,the simplest of jobs and these people fail daily!!!

Dirty and sticky soda machine, lid dispenser for cups is disgusting. Opted for a two liter instead, drove 30 minutes home and it was flat tasted terrible. Looked and expired two months ago. Save yourself trouble and drive on by to another gas station. At least their overpriced stuff is clean and hasn’t hit the sell by date.

Love their breakfast pizza! Sometimes it gets super busy, but it’s a gas station so sometimes that happens. Large selection of snacks and drinks.
Parking: Parking spots right up front
Kid-friendliness: Lots of snack choices for kids
Wheelchair accessibility: They don’t have automatic buttons but the surface is flat and safe for a wheelchair

Worst staff. This lady with blonde hair is the worst person I have ever encountered. We were out of gas and didn't have any cards with us. We only had Apple Pay, but the pumps didn't have the Apple Pay tap option. So, we went to the door at 12 AM. The lady was so rude. One man was working and he came to the door to speak with us, but she was hiding in the back and stopped him from helping us, so he went back to his work. They didn't even listen to our situation. Luckily, we found one of our cards in our car after searching for a long time. She doesn’t have any humanity. She is definitely not a good person. She will face karma one day. They both didn’t come out until we left; they were waiting for us to leave because they might have thought we would harm them. We are definitely not like them. If we were in their shoes, we would definitely help people or at least listen to them because we don't know what situation they might be in. Please be careful with her! You better go to another Casey's, but not this one. Sarcastically she is waving bye to us from inside.

Slow order for Pizza was to be ready and had to wait 20 minutes longer. Patrick had taken a slower pace to his job even though he knew I was standing here waiting for the food.

I was told by an employee that they are a gas station with a pizza place inside. So that is their reasoning for pizzas to take 20 to 45 minutes longer than when the app says it will be done.

Caseys is overrated imo but If you're doing doordash don't come here they will take forever on purpose. I just needed a breakfast pizza and it took 20+ minutes.

I ordered 2 pizzas and they were sooo undercooked I had to re cook them at home. When I called to complain I was told by the manager that they would “check their oven “!!! Seriously???

I saw reviews over six months ago saying how dirty the place was, and the owner commented about taking care of it; I am here to tell you that this place is disgusting. From the freezers to the floors, the counters, the soda area, to even the shelves! We walked right out of there and will not return until they do something about this. It’s unfortunate because they have good pizza, but this Manhattan store has a poor owner and management problem.

She had run out of sacks, but that happens, I have assisted in management at a convenience store before, and sometimes it's beyond your control the availability of sacks... Anyway, she was very polite and went and got the pizza for me so I could carry it all out since I was holding four monster mango locos (the best kind). They were all very polite, and Taco Pizza (best taco pizza hands down) was excellent. Great place to shop and get snacks or even a pizza for dinner, which is excellent all by itself and then you and the quality fuel and fair prices... Highly recommended!
Dietary restrictions: If you're ordering ahead, you need to call like right after placing the order and ask for changes to the pizza because the app function isn't there for doordash... however, it does work the Casey's app itself, so there is that... but they will make reasonable accomidations for you, no problem.
