“Great service and an amazing menu. We got the beef tenderloin and all three were cooked perfectly with amazing sides. The Cesar salad was also great! Definitely one of the nicest places to eat in Manhattan. Be warned though the prices on the online menu can vary from the actual menu.”
“This is a clean and well put together HT. The staff is fun and act and dress as if they belong there. They each seem to be knowledgeable in the different topics of the things they carry. I buy my son band shirts from there, they have a good selection. I enjoy checking out the awesome earrings and hair clips! I love that the staff dresses up and has a good time for the holidays.”
“There are many things, although everything is somewhat mixed in terms of brands, but it is not a problem. you definitely find anything. Although yes, no one approached me to help me, I don't think it's a problem, but it's not a common thing that happens in this country (I'm from Mexico), and I was able to buy some things to attend a baseball game!”

“My boyfriend & I came to the store from out of town (I had searched local shops before we went to Manhattan to support local and this was a “must see.”) The person working there was so kind & lovely. The selection of fair trade items was great! I was able to buy some handmade cards to support my hobby of writing to the elderly & I got a candle for my boyfriend because he said it was just like how he remembered his late grandmother’s house smelling. This is a great shop & I love what it stands for.”

“My mother and I were shopping at Ross yesterday and I was struggling trying to get us both checked out and assist my elderly mother with packages, assist her with walking, etc. The two young gentleman that checked us out were so kind and helpful. They offered to help me carry out a rug, watch mom and put the cart away for us. I have experienced these kind young men before and want them to be acknowledged for their thoughtfulness and work ethic. Thank you!!”
