I'm rethinking my loyalty to Dillons. I don't get paid to self-check, and don't mind waiting in line for a cashier. However, with 1 person at 1 register, it took forever for her to check out and then bag the items.

Dillions used to be my go to spot for fresh veggies and good deals .. like pot roast buy one get one free .. or all their other many many great deals .. since COVID-19 it's just not the same nor are the friendly employees... Lately their selection has also been a bit minimal, but that is to be expected for the economy... They still have deals and usually a great selection of fresh veggies and freshly baked items and it is always good to get those points for the way gas prices are nowadays it's always great to save on gas

Produce getting picked over. Out of potatoes on sale. Pretty crowded. They usually do better.

Customer service desk is trash. They messed up my western union transaction. Couldn't give me a solution I called my bank and western union. Both said nothing was pending and that it was picked up in cash. So now I'm left short money I needed and told to wait 2 to 3 days and there's nothing they can do. So eff me and my bills. The "supervisor" had nothing but excuses did not apologize or even just own her own mistake. She gave the clerk the ok to process it without even knowing the question per her own words " I was with another customer so I misunderstood". Staff should do better or supervisors should do better. Evan, the clerk at the very least apologized for this whole thing.

I cannot find their deli hours posted anywhere online, but I went in yesterday June 11th to pick up some lunch meat and was turned away saying they are closed and it was only 7:25 pm. Either I was lied to or they really did close at 7 or 730 which is ridiculously early.

Found everything that I needed to get and was in and out just like that. Only issue was the self checkout I used didn't give me a receipt right away.

Some great sales and some not so great. Digital deals may be great prices but getting the digital coupons via the app just sucks. Personally hate the aspect of requiring coupons via the phone . Put the deal on my membership card and stop the extra processing

i went to this store yesterday and they had everything i needed in stock and was very clean, not to mention how friendly the employees were!!

This place has the worst customers. they are rude and inconsiderate. I am older and have non-visible disabilities but no one seems to pay any mind to me. Everyone is in a rush and just mean. if I had these people in my literature classes at KSU I promise you their vocabulary would include please and thank you plus many other words to help make them interesting.

I was there last night and the staff was real nice but when I went through self check out the first register had had a card only sign on it but not in a real good spot. So we moved to another one and that one had no sign on it so after we rang out stuff up then found out it was card only. I am a employee at a different Dillons and I know that we need to make those signs visible to customers on all registers that only take card. That is why I only have 2 stars
