Amazing help and service from a member on the floor who helped me understand the product I was buying!

Cashier was eating at register, playing music from his phone, sitting on counter. There was an elderly gentleman checking out that couldn't find the calendars. Instead of helping him find them or directing him to where they are, he just continued checking him out. I stopped the elderly man and took him to the calendars. It's plain rude and disrespectful how the cashier acted!! I left the store without shopping.

Some people should not work in retail. I was in there at 4pm today and the cashier was rude to the line of people, waiting to be helped. There really was no need for it. I don't care if you clocked in, in a bad mood you don't treat people that way.

↪️ I don't like anyone walking up to me really fast and telling me I have to check out or leave even if it was 5 minutes until they closed the store. I was not familiar with the new store hours I imagine were a result of Covid-19. We didn't get any warning and were told rather rudely to come check out or to leave. The younger male was also clearly In a hurry and slightly rude when checking us out. He could have told us as we walked in that the store would be closing in 15 minutes or even given us a few minutes for us to quickly get any prerequisites and to wrap things up. When he walked up to us he was not allowing for another second more and wanted us to check out right then!!! So very very rude and lacking in customer service skills!!Second experience was a couple days after that and they had quite a bit of merchandise on sale marked an additional amount off the originally marked price. I couldn't find any original price except on the container that housed the many different clearance items, and that was marked $1.00. I was then under the assumption that there was an additional 50-70% off of that. I had about 30 or more items and when they scan them, the price that was scanned is not in view to the customer, so when my total bill ended up being more than I had for money, I had to stand there and go through my already scanned items and have them returned so that I could afford my purchase. It just made me angry that they weren't marked correctly and made it appear to be LESS THAN THEY ACTUALLY WERE!! THATS FALSE ADVERTISING!! The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because of the nice employee checking me out at the register that did an excellent job to remedy the bill and assist with the matter. She was a somewhat older, female unlike the young man mentioned previously.Thank you to that woman for your customer service. ?
