Not sure what is going on with the store. 8 to 10 people waiting in line to pay and people in the office and other employees wondering around. Several times I've left my cart and walked out. Some people have work to get back to. It's faster to wonder Walmart than waste your time to give this company your money. Funny how they don't want your money. Seems like that would be priority one.

Only 1 cashier and a long line, there were others to help but no one did. Stupid

The manager does not do much besides sit outside and smoke. The employees are left to fend for themselves on the register. I remember the manager saying to not ask for help that you can finish the customers by yourself when the lines were huge. The floors use to be disgusting however they're a bit better now. Some employees were really rude. The restrooms worked but they would keep a does not work sign up. They need a new manager period and need to hire friendly employees. Not employees that have been there forever and feel entitled to be disrespectful and rude. The floors need to be changed regardless if they have been swept or not. I'm not sure why they don't invest into this store. They do not provide enough training I feel to employees they just throw them in there.

Rude and nasty staff the cashier talking about people then want to make small talk. Odd bitter energy they give off. No thanks.

My husband and I went to this location today and walked through the store commenting on what a clean store it was and so pleasant to shop in but when we checked out the cashier was insanely rude. Not just unfriendly but outwardly hostile. I noticed he was very condescending and rude to a woman and her children in front of us. Then when he checked me out he began yelling when I removed my debit card too soon. ( the card reader was not working properly) My husband actually told him to stop, it was so over the top. A fun little stop turned into an unpleasant and embarrassing experience. Cleanest dollar tree I’ve ever been in. Worst employee I’ve ever encountered. Don’t plan on going back to this location.

I truly hate to leave bad reviews but this place is horrible. I know reviews don't do anything because it's like voting...it's rigged to fail. My experience at this dollar tree was pretty bad. From the straight filthiness, to the items being everywhere, and the worst of the worst was customer service. The manager is not professional and the other two young females were very disgusting. From attitude and appearance. They were very disrespectful. Today the customer is wrong and the workers are right to treat you with hostility and disrespect. And nothing gets done. Man oh man... everyone is a gangster now to social media. Even store employees. Sad times! Dollar tree should seriously hire new people here and do a store make over. But like I said, nothing will happen. People will accept anything now and corporate has all the money to not give a damn about what happens at their dirty stores. I truly hope all the girls there get fired.

This is a comment to a previous post. If the cashiers do not use the intercom and ask for backup, then the managers can't help out if they don't know that the cashiers need backup. They are extremely busy stocking shelves for the customers. Give them a break. I, myself, have seen longer lines at McDonald's.

The poor women working at this location were understaffed and had no air conditioner on a hot summer day.

i had never witnessed such disrespect towards customers from Management in my life..The management would rather stand outside with 2 or 3 employees to gossip and smoke while one cashier checks out every customer that is waiting in a very long line. customers getting upset and cashier trying to make sure they get checked out with a smile on their face while apologizing for managers was exhausting . Manager set up a allocation with night manager just to have me quit because management was afraid of losing her job. The night manager shows the dismay of customer satisfaction on her face and through sounds of disgust if she has to check customers out. Needless to say i never quit but after 3weeks no pay i found out she had no plans on even telling corporate anything and it was just a chicken sh.. way of firing a worker was there for the store and customers. she wouldnt even accomodate my needs for my disability as it would take alot of begging corporate just to be told no probably....

The worst experience in the turtle creek dollar tree...I went there in my 1 hour of professional hour (I'm a teacher) to buy some materials for my students group project in the afternoon. I asked the cashier if the store had a trash can for me to throw away my empty water bottle, she told me that I better take my trash out of the store and I was not able to enter to the store with trash! She literally kick me out! She told me I can't do my lil shopping unless I throw my trash outside...there is nooo trashcan outside the store! So ghetto, I will never go there anymore, I usually go to the new one because they are very gentle and nice. She even saw my teaching ID on my chest! So disrespectful! She doesn't deserved to work with customers!!

The staff were fantastic but the card readers to pay are a humiliating failure. Why does Dollar Tree headquarters prefer to humiliate every customer because they refuse to replace antiquated card readers that decline our transactions as if WE don’t have the money? It happened to every customer at checkout. I thought the guy in front of me was going to have a mini breakdown before the clerk had him run his card another 2 (two) times, that’s 3 (three) total, so the antiquated card reader could finally accept his payment. Then it was my turn to step up to the humiliating experience. Not ok.I think the world knows that Dollar Tree is making record profits so humiliating us must be for fun or for greed. The employees try their best to calm the humiliating situation but it still sucks for them too.
