I love Ruby ! She’s my favorite ! I have never let anyone just do what they want on my nails but bby when I tell you I will travel the world for her services I will ! The whole establishment is very professional, clean, friendly, diverse and they remember their regulars. Prices are amazing and I believe they are one of best shops in town.

My friend paid for $65 signature pedicure that is supposed to last at least 35 minutes yet lasted 15 minutes. She was way too fast and her hair kept touching my friends toes… My friend has also asked if she prepped her toes and she replied yes which was a lie because we were watching the whole time. When we let the owner know he kept cutting us off and kept trying to rush inside, dismissing our concerns.

Horrible!! Ruby did my nails and was not kind. She was very aggressive with my nails and cut my nails til they bled. I asked for atleast a partial refund they gave me $10 back. I spent $65. I’ll never be going back. My nails hurt. I’ve never had someone do my nails so badly before. -1000/10.

My kids and I had a great experience at Element Nails. We very close to the kind of odd design we wanted. The staff was so sweet and welcoming. Atmosphere is clean, relaxing and comfortable. Pricing was expected for the quality of work, effort and time spent! When we want to get our nails done again, I know where we will go 🖤
