Very impressed with the staff at this particular location. The young man working the day I got my rental had excellent customer service skills and was also very friendly. The young lady working the counter the day of my return also had outstanding customer service. Will definitely be a return customer.

Denise was AMAZING!! We were stuck in Manhattan with such a crazy bind. We were from out of town and having car issues, looking at over a week of being stuck for repairs. She was thoughtful, kind, and problem solved everything to make it work for us to pick up here and drop off closer to out of town relatives. So grateful....

I have never wrote a review but my experience with Denise at this Enterprise location was phenomenal. She went above and beyond to ensure I was provided a vehicle, despite me coming in 15 minutes before closing. I hope anyone who comes here has Denise helping them!
