We were trying to make storage arrangements over the weekend from out of town so my daughter could have her car while at Job Corps. The property manager helped us so much (on Saturday) that we were able to get things set up so my daughter could have a place to park on Sunday when she got back! The customer service is amazing! These folks are great!

Very nice and modern storage facility with great staff! Very secure and a good location between Fort Riley, Manhattan, and the rest of the surrounding areas.

This storage unit is 1 of the nicest around....But they do however make deals with you then back out of what they say and then change rules to better fit how they feel

3rd time in 4 years renting from Eureka and Michelle has helped us and been amazing each time. Have been able to get the space we need, prices are great, communication and security is too notch. First place I go for storage needs.

We love this business. We reserved a unit while still out of state and the process was so streamlined and efficient. The staff is excellent in being patient and thoroughly answering many a questions. Their communication timeline is also very quick.They even provided a temporary lock until our arrival when we were able to place our personal one on.They have a 24hr kiosk for payments, etc, an online portal also, and if needed you can purchase a lock right there on site. Highly, highly recommend. Especially to military families like ours.

I truly appreciate their business here. Their rates are averagely priced given the local market for storages, while their security and location is above the market average. They do great military discounts and really treat you like family with their professionalism. I've utilized other local storage locations in the area and Eureka Drive Storage is by far the best service to go with.
