I had a more than amazing experience with Extra Mile Import. I brought my car in for a strange noise, and they quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and gave me a very fair price. The work was done fast, and my car drives perfectly now. What impressed me most was how honest and professional they were—no unnecessary add-ons, just straightforward and reliable service. I will definitely be coming back for all my car needs. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing shop to work with. He was extremely patient with our VW climate control issue, transparent with his pricing, and honest about what he was and was not willing to do for the work. He was tremendously helpful with diagnosis and took the extra time to explain what my options were so I was able to fix the problem economically!

I took my car in because I was having problems with my horn not working and brakes squeaking. I wasn't sure what was going on with my brakes and wasn't sure how to explain the problem. They were able to fit me in due to a cancelation and I was able to drop off my car early in the morning, which was wonderful because I am a college student and have classes early in the morning. Joe was able to take a look at my car and find the problems same day. When he called and when I went to pick up my car, he made sure to explain the problems in depth and even had photos to show me what was wrong with my car. I highly recommend taking your car here and I will be sure to go back if I have anything else come up with my car.

Daughter is away at K-State and she had an engine code pop up on her VW. She has never had to take her car in on her own before (lots of firsts for a college freshman) and was nervous she'd be talked down to or make a mistake. Joe was wonderful with her, explaining the issues and the corrections, costs (fair price) and timeline (surprisingly quick turnaround). He also kept me (dad) up to speed via phone and I was able to pay for repairs remotely as we're out of state. I really appreciate the thoughtful customer service from Joe. And while I hope her car makes it another 3 years with no further issues, if it needs any mechanical repair, we'll be back to Extra Mile Imports.

First time I came in contact with this place, I knew that it was totally different. He didn’t up charge on what I didn’t need and only recommended what I did need. He went over all the basic fluids and filled up what needed to be filled up. Did a great job on all that I had asked and even took a special request and didn’t charge me for it. Truly a great place to go if you need anything done on your vehicle. 100% recommend.

My grandpa told me to find an honest mechanic and drive whatever they will work on. If you own an Asian or European Import, these are the most knowledgeable and professional and honest mechanics around. Highly reccomend.

Had a 09 Gli here a year ago and helped me diagnose a rear main seal. As a broke college student, I didn’t have the funds at the time and they said put the money towards the car. Currently, I manage shops and found that it is hard to find a trustworthy shop like this. No one has god hands but this shop definitely earns 5 stars and will try their hardest to provide the best service.
