Never going back there, dropped off car mid day told it would be done that day, called before closing for a status was told it was started and would be finished next day. Called the next day at 1030 wasn’t even touched or pulled inside the bay.

Had an appointment for 9am and dropped my car off the night before with keys in the dropbox. Firestone didn’t have my car in the shop until 11. Was told I would get a phone call on the status of my vehicle before a new battery was put in. I call back 2 hours later after hearing nothing - they “didn’t know how to open the hood of the car.” So basically they just stared at my vehicle for who knows how long, and clearly didn’t intend to give me an update on my vehicle or get work on my car completed in a reasonable, timely manner. Changing a battery should not take an entire day. Go anywhere else. Zero customer service skills and a huge waste of time.

So I scheduled an appointment for 5pm get a message saying it was moved up to 4. I drop it off around 3:30… get an uber go eat they said it would be finished by an hour and a half after my appointment time, 5:30. I get back around 5:10 my car hasn’t moved so I ask for my keys they tell me they are moving it back right now it’ll be finished by 5:45 I sit for 25 more minutes my vehicle still didn’t move. Why move my appointment up if you wouldn’t be able to touch it until after 5 anyway? I haven’t had a day off in months!!!! I wasted hours and frankly money on Ubers I didn’t have to spend because this location is inefficient. Lost a customer.

Went in for an oil change and to replace a front headlight bulb (got a warning so needed it done quick). They called me an hour later about needing new brake pads and rotors on both front tires as well as an air filter that "wasnt too bad but needed to be replaced" . Just got the brakes done a year ago, guy on phone couldn't elaborate and kept asking if they should go ahead and start the job. I said no, came in and he showed a little diagram about how my one brake is at yellow and the other at red and the rotors were so bad they needed replaced and had no room to resurface.
I said no, took my car to another shop I trusted a week later, and he had to call me back and ask exactly what was wrong with brakes, cause they looked, sounded and worked great.
This Firestone is a scam, avoid at all costs!

Friendly workers. Ridiculous wait time. Was told it would only take an hour. It took them an hour to even get to my car to start servicing it.

I had an appointment for an alignment at 1pm. Called at 4:30 to see if it was done. Was told it would take an hour. Called again at 630 because they close at 7. Was told it was done. Went to pick it up and she told me that the alignment was fine (well within acceptable range) but they made a small adjustment anyways. So I paid full price for a minor adjustment that wasn’t needed. Poor ethics and poor time management. I do not recommend and feel ripped off.

200$ charge for a check engine light. Left my lights off at night. Wasn't told until I went up front.

Took them 2 weeks after dropping off my car to run a diagnostic and tell me they couldn’t find the problem and needed to transfer it to a dealership. They said they would have it transferred and all I needed to to was make an appointment. Took them 1.5 more weeks to have my car towed 2 miles down the road, causing me to miss the appointment scheduled.

This place tried to charge me for a problem that wasn't actually one.

They seemed good about doing the basics like oil changes and tires but when I comes to more complicated repairs I’d avoid them. They forgot to setup an appointment for me after speaking to them on the phone and after waiting 8hrs, they never got around to fixing my truck. They quoted me close to $800 to replace my oxygen sensors. The parts are about $100 online and it’s not that complicated to install. Tried overcharging me way too much. Also they said my aftermarket k&N air filter was dirty. I pulled it out and it looked brand new 😂

Had a 12:30 appointment to get my tires rotated and for an alignment. At 4:00 my car had moved parking spots so I assumed it was done. Went inside to see what was going on, alignment had been completed but my tires did not get rotated. Front desk told me at this time that my car would be pulled into the bay and get done. I paid and told them to leave my keys in my car when they’re done, expecting to get a phone call when it was ready to be picked up. Called back at 5:30- 30 minutes before closing- and was told that my car had been finished and the front desk lady assumed I would just come back after hours to get it. Picked my car up with a tire pressure light still on the tire that was low when I dropped it off.

Please don't go here, even if they are the only place open when your car broke in Manhattan. I spent 700 on a shifter cable that wasn't installed tight and now I'm stranded on the highway and I'm probably going to have to pay to replace everything again along with the tow fees, my shifter was NOT right when my car came back to me.
I wish I would have read the reviews and now I'm probably going to be another grand down for repairs and towing.

Made an appointment for Monday 8:30 expected to drop my F150 off so they could do an engine diagnostic on it. Dropped it off Sunday night.
Called at 11 am to see if they had received the keys in the 24 hr drop box on which they had but had not done anything on it yet. No call all afternoon so I drove up and noticed it parked in the same spot.
I walked in and asked if it was looked at, that lady attending the desired asked me to hold on and went out to the shop and talked to a few of the technicians standing by the glass door. She then returned with my keys in which she gave back at my request. She the stated have a nice evening. Nothing more.
No attempt to salvage my vehicle tied up all day, nothing completed, no remorse of a dissatisfied customer. Bye bye Firestone for any future business from me.
