My friend and I showed up shortly before they closed, had a good 15 minutes or so still. The older gentleman with a goatee who was working (I'm assuming is the manager) was extremely rude and short with us. We didn't end up getting anything because of how we were treated.

This is a great place to get party supplies and small gifts, I can't stay too long as it over stimulates my senses, bright and vibrant lol, the store has good deals and plenty to choose from, candy games shirts exedra... Good customer service. If I was a bright extraverted person I would probably like it better, but being mostly an introvert it's hard for me to stay in the store that long,

Feeling a bit disheartened. I have 2 small toddlers and so for both my sanity as well as respecting the store and not wanting to make a mess or potentially break anything, I always put the youngest one in the cart. 5 below’s carts are not big enough to put a child in, and the store isn’t wide enough for a stroller. The neighboring store has small carts the perfect size and I always have just shopped there first and then continued to use my cart into 5 below. Today I was basically asked to leave due to the cart not being theirs. I understand that, but when their carts absolutely don’t accommodate putting a child in and the store isn’t wide enough for a stroller, they’re leaving parents with kids pretty much no option. Which is kind of wild for a store that markets specifically to children.

They refused my 4 year old son from using the bathroom because they finished cleaning the bathroom 30 mins before closing and didn’t want to have to clean again. I complained that it was just for a four year old and asked what he wanted me to do and was just brushed off. It was supposed to be a fun thing we did after dinner- instead it left me extremely frustrated. Absolutely heartless of the guy working there and inexcusable.
