Usually I have a fantastic experience at this location, but to be honest tonight i’m irritated. Made it over after changing plans around to be able to get there before close because I ran out of protein and the gates were closed 10 minutes early. I understand I cut it close but business hours are business hours. Hopefully I can make it tomorrow

Best GNC around. Ashley is the GOTY, and her team is amazing as always! I always know I can ask all of the questions and they'll be answered thoroughly, without judgment and with a healthy dose of humor! Love love LOVE this GNC team.

I came into this store not thinking much just coming in to look around and browse while my fiancé was in the bathroom. The women there were so nice and knowledgeable. There was one that had a similar name to mine Tatyana was her name I believe and she was super sweet and not pushy and gave me a lot of good information about the goals that I did want to reach and some simple things for life style that can help as well. Like a healthy grazing platter so when I snack it’s easier to grab the healthy snacks instead of the cookies I keep in the cupboard. The other lady was really good at explaining multivitamins to me and how the packs are cheaper than buying individually but that the multivitamins are the same in the packs as the individuals as well. Both weren’t pushing only GNC either it was a mix of stuff they use their own selves. The new employees are so nice and respectful and I found out they price match so I think I might be coming back here just to see them again.

I had a great experience at GNC in the Manhattan Mall. I had been looking for a Kaged pre-workout, and I had been to a few other stores but couldn't find it. When I walked into GNC, I was immediately greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable employee. I asked her about the supplement I was looking for, and she was able explain the different benefits of pre-workouts and other supplements and how it could help me achieve my goals.I was really impressed with the employee's knowledge and expertise. She took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure that I understood everything. She also made me feel comfortable and welcome, and didn't try to push any products on me like other places. Overall, the store was very clean and well-organized there were so many vitamins and supplements to choose from I’m honestly glad they were there to help.

The new manger shey knows nothing about suppments I asked her about a cetrain product and gave me a completely differnt product mine was for liver support and then Gave me one for brain health just wasted like 50bucks also she was super pusshy and Bossy with the whole rewards member thing

So the girl who was working the new manager would not help me she was too busy I'm guessing talking to her friend they where really buddy buddy in the store doing nothing she had a different employee named Will working he knew all of his stuff helped me nice guy overall the girl on the other hand should not be a manger also she gave me a crystal as I was leaving it made me feel weird and in shock ? I don't think ill he shopping in this store anymore

Very odd place cystals every where also she's handing them to people doest know about products doubt she works out products are un organized place is a wreck nothing faced also the manger is pushy with the reward thing and is kinda Bossy to people at the mall workers and her costumers she gives off weird vibes with the whole crystal thing and one of the employees have a crystal around her neck seem like there buddy's it's more of a cult than a suppment store don't shop here just go to complete nutrition

I called this store all day one day trying to get a question answered. Finally the lady answered (Ashley). Said I had been rude to her and hung up on me. Now as far as I know I've never talked to this person in my life. I go to Salina a lot so I just went there and spent 200 bucks. And that is where I will continue to go.

Walked in to a complete mess of a store, protein powders covered much of the limited space, my girlfriend and I were in the store for about 2 minutes before someone came from the back room, didn’t acknowledge either of us, we walked around looking for items clearly having some trouble and weren’t offered any help.This was unlike any experience I’ve had here and it completely ruined any chance of me coming back.
