“Honest review as someone whos been to a few different private gyms.If I was more into the competition aspect of bodybuilding, Id have to remove one star due to the posing room having only one mirror, but Im not concerned with that, so 5 stars.Equipment is all high quality such as rouge or hammer strength, and most if not all is in almost brand new condition.Community is wonderful from what ive seen, everyone is welcoming, encouraging, and ready to talk if you want to.Range of equipment is unmatched, about anything you can think of from bodybuilding to powerlifting, even a bag for boxing/kicking and a mat for jiu-jitsu or grappling.Prices are also very affordable with one time free day pass, as well as a 3 day, 7 day, and monthly membership options.Wonderful gym, staff, and community, highly recommend???”

“I have two gym. This one and genesis. I prefer Mhk fitness for those reasons:1. Hours flexibility2. Population - not crowded. No rude people3. Clean. Genesis seems to have some problems with mold.4. AffordableThe main con is that there is no machine especially for chest and legs.If you are looking for a gym that is the luxury version that what you would have done in your garage, this is the perfect gym.Very similar to a hotel gym.”

“This place and coaches are simply amazing!! I can’t even put into words how much I’m Grateful and Blessed to have found this place. My son is 6 years old and was diagnosed with Autism. He is for the most part nonverbal, lacks social skills and basic Motor skills. Since he has been attending his coaches”

“I workout at the east location. Its very small and they have limited equipment but its 24 hrs which is nice. I enjoy it alot when there are less than 5 others there. Beyond that its a crowd as there is only room for maybe 3-4 ppl on the free weights at any time. And when a younger crowd is there they tend to take their time on the stations. I prefer to be quick and do my business and get out. Theres just not enough equipment or room if you are the type that wants to take your time and hang out between sets. The equipment is in good shape and there are plenty of tvs for the cardio stations. Place is also very clean. Decent value since there are 2 locations and golf/batting cages.”

“My personal trainer, Joe Wells, is a master of his trade. I’ve had 3 other personal trainers previously and Joe is far more knowledgeable, positive, and focused than any of them. His work with me has made my disabilities feel nearly non-existent as well as helped me shape my body into something beautiful. Other than that, the gym is pretty decent.”

“Probably the best gym in town.Probably the biggest and most equipped as well. For starters: FYI back about a year ago when I initally signed up, I came due to the commercial about zero initiation fees sign up or something like that, so it pi**ed me a LOT that it was completely FALSE advertising; they WILL charge you all those hidden fees that will add up!What we customers care about is HOW MUCH IS COMING OUT OF OUR POCKET before we start lifting weights, so please just be upfront about it!!! Dont care how you choose to call those fees. Also, be sure that when you PCS or leave town, you make sure to have in WRITING they will stop charging you after you leave. DO NOT count on their verbal promise, as they WILL keep charging your card for months until you notice.Let that sink in, and be sure to un-sign properly.=====All that being said, I love this gym! It offers also a pool, tennis court and bunch of other features (that I personally dont use, but maybe you will).Gym is very well equipped, clean, has variety of machines that I enjoy using.I work out in the mornings and its not packed at all; not sure how it is during noon, evening etc.. Probably way busier.Employees are kind maybe maybe lack of training, as they rotate a lot, thats my impression.I came here for a visit for 10 days, and got my 3 days free trial and the signed for 75$ for a week. They mentioned 75$ FLAT, but it ended up being 81$ woth taxes. Once again, boss guy, that your employees are well trained what to say, OR have everything in WRITING!!!Really little things that matter to us customers. Its not about if you charged 1$ extra or 100$ extra, its about CREDABILITY.Overall, watch what comes out of your wallet, but know that this is probably the best gym in town so its totally worth it. Take the free trial and judge by yourself.”
