If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wish I would have read the comments about this place before renting. I’m from MS and have NEVER experienced no mess like this!! I ask the guy to check my vehicle before I left because any problems I could have dealt with then(I know I have kids and they can be messy-our drive was 10 hrs so of course they had snacks) (I dropped off a lot earlier specifically to deal with any issue if any at hand) he told me he was busy washing a vehicle and he’d check it later. I should have followed my first mind and took a video seeing this is my first time renting from them, but I didn’t. (I usually rent from enterprise) now I’m being charged a 300 cleaning fee. My kids slept most of the way there and back so the crumbs were very minimal which is why I didn’t feel the need to vacuum it out. I’ve been really sick (I have asthma) due to the wildfires and wind storms here so I wouldn’t have done anything to jeopardize getting my deposit back as I am a single mom, here alone, just trying to make it. We only needed to go to our home town for a funeral and to come back to this is ridiculous and devastating! I’ll never EVER rent from here again! Don’t suggest yall do either.

Unless you absolutely need a specific vehicle, use the manager's special. You will end up spending less money and still end up with a great car.

DO NOT GIVE THIS RENTAL COMPANY YOUR CREDIT CARD! They will charge your card at leisure and not call you to inform. We found 6 charges on our business debit card (all disputed and will be refunded) without this mom and pop calling us to inform. They turned a $300 rental into $1300. Don’t rent from here unless you have unlimited funds in your checking account for them to steal!

I loved this place and rented from them every weekend. Then I took a look at my bank account and saw all the extra charges from them. Nobody ever said I was automatically going to be billed 4x the actual rate for tolls, and with no apparent tolling device in the vehicle, I actually stopped and paid cash for my tolls at every gate (adds up to about $8/trip paying at the toll gate). So imagine my surprise when I find out Hertz billed me over $25 per trip in tolls, even though I stopped and paid in person at every gate! Ridiculous. Won't use them again.

Brennan and Dylan at ticketing were amazing when my flight was delayed. Positive in their interactions and wizards with my itinerary. Found a sequence of 3 planes and a train to get me to my destination.Lost 1 star because of maintenance redundancy. Plane broke so we had to de-plane. Their mechanic was sick so couldn't work and with no backup they had to drive one in from KC. 5am flight became a 10:30am flight
