Service was not great , no greeting, we had to keep walking to the counter for help , I ask for two pairs of shoes the lady came back with only one and the wrong size . She did go back and get the correct size still only one pair so that’s all I bought i really needed 3 pair but i didn’t want to keep asking as the employee didn’t seem to want to be bothered

Stood in there store for 8 mins, holding a sneaker that I wanted to purchase and NOT one employee said a word .. and then when asked are they short staffed, I was asked did I want to apply for a job !!! These employees need training on how to treat customers who are attempting to spend their money … this store SUCKS !!

3 pm Saturday, We walked in 3 employees holding up the countertop . Not one words out of the mouths of the employees. 4 more family’s walked in , same disrespect. Not a hello. Not a can we help you . Then when we found a pair of shoes we asked for help and they still didn’t help us . They walked away to hold up tHe countertop. #RUDE

Very conveniently located next to the movie theater. Not huge selection of brooks, but the ones they had were nice and I scored an awesome deal. Very polite evening employee as well. .
