Terrible service and INSANE overdraft fees! If you’re at all tight on money this bank will not treat you reasonably. They also made me wait for ages just to tell me there’s nothing they can change.

Perhaps the perfect bank. Great for our commercial needs. I highly recommend. The commercial lending team is top notch, and a great addition to the Manhattan community. Very thankful I was referred to Intrust bank. Without them, my small business would have never happened.
