Ordered online for curbside pickup. Checked in online. Took them 15 minutes to inform me they had no staff for curbside and I needed to go inside to retrieve my already paid for order. Not a happy customer.

The sales associate Jordyn Coons was very rude and as I was shopping looked at me and my daughter and said “Yuck!” She apparently doesn’t like my daughter! Of course we left and didn’t make a purchase and will not shop there as long as she is working there! Very rude and extremely disrespectful! Would not recommend a place that their associates talk to customers like that!!

We enjoyed our last adventure to JC Pennys so much we decided to check the store closer to home and found an item needed that we couldn't find in the Topeka Store! Happy again. We plan to do our clothing shopping there in the future.
