“G Thomas is one of the BEST jewelry stores in Manhattan!! I have a J necklace that was bought from G Thomas, I have taken it in to be fixed for a broken chain not once but twice now!! Also they expedited the whole process! Originally they told me it takes 2-3 weeks for a chain fix, but since I’m visiting I explained I only had a couple days in town. They were able to get my necklace fixed the very next day, along with a pendant I had that needed bent back! This place cares for its customers and welcomes everyone in with a friendly smile and overall great atmosphere!! If you’re planning on doing any jewelry shopping please stop looking and go to G Thomas jewelry they WILL NOT disappoint!!”
