“G Thomas is one of the BEST jewelry stores in Manhattan!! I have a J necklace that was bought from G Thomas, I have taken it in to be fixed for a broken chain not once but twice now!! Also they expedited the whole process! Originally they told me it takes 2-3 weeks for a chain fix, but since I’m visiting I explained I only had a couple days in town. They were able to get my necklace fixed the very next day, along with a pendant I had that needed bent back! This place cares for its customers and welcomes everyone in with a friendly smile and overall great atmosphere!! If you’re planning on doing any jewelry shopping please stop looking and go to G Thomas jewelry they WILL NOT disappoint!!”

“I got my wife a locket from a different store but needed to get a picture made small enough to fit very small space i called around to no avail i wound up calling zales they do not make or print fotos but where theres a will theres a way lady was so helpful over the phone very short notice as mothers day is 3 days away she gave me some ideas one of witch was amazing and worked phenomenaly had me pinch the picture on my phone screen shot it crop that play around with it till you find what wrks i than took that to different store and had it placed perfectly moral of the story never hurts to ask and zales is the epitome of such.
