“My now husband built me the most beautiful ring with the help of Bobbi a couple of years ago. Since then I’ve been coming back to them to get ring cleanings and my ring fixed when I’m a little too rough with the ring.. I just recently went in the got my ring bent back to its correct spot. They sped up the process of getting it fixed to an hour and half after telling them I was going to a wedding the next day. And on top of all that they didn’t make us pay for it. “I have seen this piercer many times, for well over a decade. They continue to put great care towards safety, comfort, proper after care, and insuring you are happy with placement before piercing you. If they make a minor miscalculation, such as your ear lobes happen to swell a surprising bit more than average, they will not charge you to have a slightly longer piece of jewelry. Most places in town will. Have a complication and they're closed? They'll still text you and look at photos.
I will share that I have my nipples pierced by them. My nipples rotate slightly when they become hard, and they were willing to let me show them this because I wanted the rotation to be factored into my placement. They were 500% respectful and professional, with their end goal being me happy with a healthy piercing.
I have had LGBTQ+ friends visit from out of state, and they made a point to visit my piercer while they were here due to my strong recommendation of them. Catalyst Piercing is a safe place for LGBT!”

Unfortunately a few weeks ago my husband misplaced his ring, and in the process of getting reimbursement from our insurance company, we needed a purchase receipt that we no longer have.
