Store opened late. People were waiting before an employee got there. Store was messy and stock showing online wasn't accurate. When it says 6 of an item and they have none, that's pretty far off.

My new favorite store! Employees are always super helpful and friendly. So much variety. Big, clean, and extremely organized. Definitely check out all the sales they have and the clearance aisle!

Weird staff but awesome selection of goods - you can explore here for hours.

Absolutely love this store! It was very clean and organized especially for the day after Christmas! The employees were extremely kind and helpful. I loved every minute of walking around and purchasing various craft supplies, such as art tape, and some storage containers that were 50% off!!!

Everyone is always very welcoming and kind at this location. Today we had Cashier 848715 (didn’t catch her name) and she was so sweet, professional, and kind. Thanks for making everyone feel taken care of, girl!

This Joanns is such a mixed bag for me. I generally feel that Joann is overpriced compared to other options anyhow, but if you hit a sale at the right time, you can get some good priced items. That said though, my biggest qualm is really just the ambivalence of most of the staff. Sometimes you get some really nice people but half or more of the time you get someone who appears annoyed you're asking for help.My recent visit, I was MOSTLY lucky in that one person I dealt with was friendly. But I LOATH their fabric counter. Most of the time you'll find yourself waiting unnecessarily long, not because they're actually busy but because they're chit chatting with customers with little urgency to get to customers in line. Not the end of the world, but more annoying than anything. However, the nail in the coffin for the fabric counter for me is that they always seem put off if you want specific cuts of fabric. No, I don't want the raggedy end cuts that are misshapen, stained, discolored, etc. I handed you the bolt of fabric I wanted cut, because that's what I wanted. But they get annoyed with you as a customer when you push back. I'm not asking anyone to cut fabric from the center of a bolt, I just don't want random scrap pieces or else I would have picked those up first.I've never been rude or impatient with any sort of retail employee because the job kind of sucks. It's hard to have to deal with the public that have largely forgotten how to be polite. But boy does this, store push me to my limits on how long I can be kind, friendly and patient for. I'll usually opt for hobby lobby at least in Manhattan.

Such a wide selection of crafting items! It seemed a bit empty when I last visited, but they still had the same range of items to purchase, and the prices are reasonable.

Not a typical place I would visit but they had most of what I needed. A few items were out of stock. Lack of available staff, so it took me a while to search for what I wanted. Signage helped.

Rude staff. They don't apply the discount listed unless asked then sigh and make a big deal of it.

The better version of hobby lobby! Joanne is where our household goes for any and all crafting supplies. They’re conveniently located just off Seth Child road in Manhattan, KS and usually have everything we need at reasonable prices.

I'm doing a project for my older sister and required a specific kind of yarn. To make sure I got the yarn, I preordered it at the curbside pick up.Over four hours after I ordered, despite Joann's telling me through various means my order is ready for pick up, I am waiting by the cash register waiting the same amount of time, or longer, it would have taken me to go through the store and look for the yarn myself.Currently not happy.
