Their new ATMs don't accept deposits. Seems like a step backwards for customer service.

After the lobby closes, they always leave just one person to handle all the after work traffic in the drive through. With 4 windows, it backs up really fast and the wait is insanely long.

Usually aren’t terrible but tired of stupid staff. Asked for 1 $100 bill and the rest 20’s. NOTHING will explain why I got $220 in 20’s, $100 in $10 bills , 2 $5 bills, and 5 ones. What’s with all the unnecessary bills?
