Good Day To All. First, Thank You For Your Service.I am a U.S. ExPat living overseas in Spain. I have used LNB since I was on active duty at Fort Riley many years ago.Being overseas presents many problems with having a bank based in the U.S.A. However I have found the personnel willing to provide me with solutions. So many fine employees in all these years most of whom I have communicated with via emails to arrive at solutions.Most important is the timeliness in which they respond to my inquiries.Thank you.Chuck Sends

I've been a Landmark mortgage customer for 8 years. Landmark recently changed their platform for statements. My first statement showed 2 late fees. I went into a branch to inquire and one of the dates was from more than 2 years ago and the second they pointed to showed I had made the payment on time. No offer was made to credit that late fee. As well, no accountability was taken for the 2 years. They just said a notice would've been mailed out. For anybody in the area looking for a mortgage, I would encourage you to look at other options that have better technology, processes, and service.

I am a first-time home buyer and had some special circumstances. The staff has just been wonderful and never missed an opportunity to educate me and help me through the process of buying my first home. I would recommend them to anyone. This is a group of people dedicated to customer service and helping and celebrating a milestone.

She was super helpful, professional and courteous during the whole process in buying our home. Never had to do much at this bank besides deposit money but the ladies are always very nice and typically know my name when I pull in. Very nice people.

Stay away from this bank. The manager of the Iola KS branch called me a thief. Not professional at all and then cut off my overdraft protection also even though I always paid it up. Now that my account is even worse cause of all this I owe 3 times as much. They have every branch call and nag for the money almost everyday. Be wise just to try another bank.

Please stay away from Landmark for a mortgage loan! I was moving across the country, Landmark knew the timeline on the house we were buying and yet our lender ceased all communication with no warning. We had to contact the SVP of mortgage banking at Landmark to get any answers about our loan application. After 3 weeks of virtually nothing being done on the loan, an appraisal was finally ordered and completed. That same afternoon, I was contacted by the SVP only to be told that they couldn't qualify me for the loan. I was baffled by the mismanagement of the mortgage department and the fact that it took 3 weeks to determine that I wasn't eligible. I called 2 other lenders the next day who approved me within 4 hours for the same loan I was seeking through Landmark. Unfortunately, I still had to spend 2 weeks with 2 puppies in a hotel room for something that was completely avoidable. Way too many bad business practices and lack of professionalism for me to ever consider doing business with Landmark again.

This is an excellent bank. Banked there since 2014 and never had issues. My questions were always answered right away and they always answered the phone when I called. Small town bank mentality which I love because they know me by name when I come into any of the two branches. Of all of the banks in the area they are the best! These folks want to get to know you!
