I don’t know what’s up with this place. I don’t if it’s because I’m young or a female or even both. I had the worst experience ever! I feel like some of these people are lying on the reviews. Had to get my car towed there was told they would squeeze it in which I didn’t mind at first but when I give you codes saying it’s something but then you try to figure it out still and make me wait 4 days just to hear it’s the exact thing I told you was is annoying. Then you make me wait another 4 days! I understood MLK parts stores were closed but I work, you cost me money everyday my car is in the shop. Then to give me three different PRICES ON WHAT I HAVE TO PAY IS RIDICULOUS! It’s hilariously upsetting! Then to be treated as if I’m nothing when I’m paying for my car is rude.My car may have gotten a small fix but I had to get my tires checked after I left because my car WAS STILL KICKING and the wheel is stiff even after driving it around to loosen it. I’m taking my all the way to Texas just to have it rechecked because I clearly can’t trust you guys.

Great place to get a car without dealer markups. I would like to thank the staff at Little Apple Cars for helping me and my mom find a new car. At first there was a little hiccup where we ended up in the Finance office before we could even look at our car, which upset my mom a little. But was quickly resolved. Matt and Dominic were great to work with, they were friendly and knowledgeable, and more then willing to work with us.

Great service and support. Although my oil was low (.3 of a quart) it is better a bit under full then over full. However, I made a comment about it being low and the two gentlemen Nick and Damian did great getting me taken care of. James the manager followed up and spoke with me personally.Personal care rates very high for me. So; now I will become a loyal customer at the Little Apple Srrvice Department.

Great experience, I was looking for a replacement part on my vehicle that was looking like it was going to take 2 weeks at the minimum everywhere else i looked, but i decided to call local & they got it to me OVERNIGHT! (**Price for the part was 200$ less then I was expecting to pay/quoted at other places**) I called around 3 PM and I was still able to show up at 9 AM the next day to grab the part. Insanely nice staff that seem to enjoy the job they do, with a relaxed but professional environment. Will absolutely be coming back for any of my other needs.

Our salesman was fantastic, he was friendly but not fake salesman friendly. The process went smoothly from start to finish. Every person we encountered gave us the time and attention to get us in the vehicle we went to look at. They work seamlessly together in all aspects of our purchase. We left happy, with all of our questions answered and happy with our decision to shop and buy with this dealership. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Matt was awesome and super patient with my mother and I while maintaining a very high level of hospitality and professionalism. Not only him but the team at Little Apple Toyota were all super awesome, friendly, and extremely easy to talk to. I wouldn’t have gotten the truck I did if it wasn’t for them!

Professional, Friendly Dealership! Just bought a Supra from Akira, Dom in finance and Dale are all Great!! Service department hope I don’t need to see but they are Awesome too! Especially Jake! I recommend Little Apple ? Highly! ?

Service department was great.Had oil changed tires rotated.Got in my car and I had to reset the service button? Hope I didn't mess it up but it was there asking me 'yes or no' so I said yes. Pretty sure the service guy was supposed to complete that task.Otherwise great. That is if you don't mind being driven by the shuttle Papa Bear, 62 mph in a busy 45 mph street. I minded so I will not be using your shuttle service again. Got me to my destination but yikes!

They welcomed my car. A week later told me it was fuel pump can pick it up 2 to 3 days later. Paid the large bill picked it up before i left Manhattan the same light cane on. I took it back. It has now been a week and not even an update on the car. I don't understand it. I took it there because of great service in the past. I know i dont have a normal car and i hope they use this as a learning experience. I am using this as a stimulus to call for an update.I do have faith in them or i would have taken it somewhere else.

I have always been happy with my service until yesterday. I received a phone call around 4:30 my car was ready to be picked up. After paying my bill, I checked it at home and it stated I had refused to have 2 critical filters replaced. I told them initially my car was almost 100,000 miles and to do what was needed. At no time did anyone call me to explain or ask permission which they had always done before.Later I found a text they had sent me which I didn't read since I was busy cleaning.I know this process is more efficient for your business but wasn't helpful to me as I now have to return to have the work doneLinda McCann

These guys are crooked. They call based on an inquiry and don't have their facts/info together and make you feel under appreciated and valued! I ask about a truck that they say online that is there. Come to find out it isn't and, oh by the way, they admit to a 5k mark up because of popularity! Really?!?! Good Luck with that. Never will walk through those doors or deal with these criminals!!!

Great service, and fast. Our car was brought in ahead of schedule and they were able to fit it into service quickly.Damien was the rep we worked with at the desk. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant. It was one of our best visits for service because of him. One of the best employees, with very high integrity. Hope we get to have him help us next time too. A+

Great service! The test of great service, to me, is not how I’m treated when all goes as expected, but how I am treated when the unexpected occurs. The staff I have encountered have worked hard to try to satisfy the customer whenever possible, even under less than ideal circumstances. Their recommendations for what needs to be done ( or not done) have been practical and honest. I have not had any issue with the quality of their workmanship. I absolutely recommend them!
