Over the years we've purchase washer, dryer, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave here. Always been impressed with the sales and installation personnel. Just had an issue with our 4 year old refrigerator. From the time I stopped in the store to inquire about service, within 24 hours had a service person arrive. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We have recommended them to our friends and will continue doing so.

I called their office today, and unfortunately, the person I spoke with dropped the phone twice during our conversation. I have my purchase receipt ready, but surprisingly, they didn't inquire about any details.

I have had nothing but a great experience with Manhattan Appliance and Sleep Source. The sales guy we delt with in the store was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were not pushy. Prices of the appliances were right in line with the big box stores in the area. However, Installation was cheapest in the area. They had the appliance that I wanted in stock and was able to install it before the week was over. The Installation was right in the quoted time frame. He also was knowledgeable and very friendly. I will 100% be back to Manhattan Appliance and Sleep Source!

We have purchased several appliances from Manhattan Appliance. Every time, they have listened to our needs and wants, helped us sort through our options given our budget, and we have gotten appliances we love and that are reliable. Their delivery and install service has also been so great to work with. They have never left a mess or anything out of place, and I have never had to call them back to fix or adjust anything.

Worst warranty experience of my life. Refused to cover a brand new refrigerator that was only 2 months old and under warranty. Sat idled without for months while they even refused to send a technician. Would recommend anyone other than this. Absolute trash customer service
