Very nice staff and the building is very comfortable. I don't have much of all any experience with anything other than a vehicle loan but they are all knowledgeable and helpful.

I've been with these people in Colorado since they were norlarco. When they went from Boulder valley to meritrust I didn't get ANY notification at all. I just found out this last month(Sept.) and they have been meritrust since at least January 2025.

How do i call this location? The 785 number sends me to the same call tree as the 1-800 number from the website. The call center said there's a location-by-location issue i need to bring to the front desk, but i can't take a day off work to go in person. Can i not reach this bank by phone?
