I had the best customer service rep I have ever dealt with in my life. She was extremely patient and kind and if she hasn’t gotten one definitely deserves a raise! Her name was Michelle is all I know but absolutely amazing!

Very Friendly Staff. Very knowledgeable and We were in and out quickly. We went to get my husbands debit card replacement. And had a document printed out. All of are questions and concerns were answered. :)

The new hold on checks being deposited is a major financial burden on my business. I have been here for 7 years and have never had an issue with my account. I asked a supervisor if they could bypass the hold by verifying the funds, (which has been done before) and was told that the hold is going to be there no matter what. Not very good customer service. I am switching taking my business elsewhere

Ok this is my second time coming in this particular location and having an issue. The first time I came the employee by the name of Cole was giving my husband and I a hard time about opening up an joint account. He stated he needed to see our marriage certificate even though my husband and I have the same last name. Today I went into this location to deposit a check from Verizon for less than $200, and Cole was asking me all kinds of questions about the check and inspecting the check as if I made it in my car. I'm done with this location since I get treated more like a criminal than an actual member of the institution.

Navy federal in Manhattan,Kansas IS TRASH!! I got my stimulus waited two weeks for it just so these hoes could take it out bc of "overdraft" the lady over the phone said she can't get to a supervisor so if you have any sense don't choose this bank!if I could give it no stars I would!!!

This establishment is super unprofessional. I do not have a bank with this place but they have an ATM outside their place. In attempt to pay rent I used they're ATM and the machine took my card and never gave it back. I contacted but the customer service and they local store. In which they told me that my card had been shredded. Did not tell me the reason as to why it was shredded but that I could open an account with them. Propaganda in which I was left with no way to access my account. They showed no remorse. They should kept trying to get me to start an account.

AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! PLACES HOLDS ON MEMBERS ACCOUNTS WHEN THE 3 GUIDELINES FOR PLACING HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS DID NOT OCCUR! I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $$$ CREDIT ON TOP OF MY $$$ CREDIT LIMIT! THEY COULD (REGARDLESS IF THEY DECIDE/CHOOSE TO OR NOT) MAKE EXTRA MONEY OFF MY $$$ ADDITIONAL CREDIT!

They like to argue with you with everything and they want to make sure they are always right. Well, you also get a lecture if you don't know their banking system. Just very ugly customer services every time I go. Just don't want to deal with these people. They want to be your boss telling you how to talk in the bank language. If you don't know the term, they will give you a look and you feel so dirty.

When I went to school in Manhattan I banked at this Navy Federal. Over the years I visited this bank numerous times for counter checks, notarizations, etc. Every experience no matter how mundane was pleasant. The customer service at this bank is top notch.

I was in the process of changing all my banking needs to Navy Federal. However, I started to refinance my mortgage and was treated with a lack of respect by one of the lenders. His attitude was that of someone who did not care. To summarize I cancelled refinancing of any loans and closed any account's. I do not recommended them to anyone.

I tried getting a car loan and the lady who helped was the up most disrespectful lady I've seen. Had nothing to do with helping me out. Said no and that's it's. Very upset about the way she did things. I'll probly never go to navyfederal in junction city ever again
