I Highly recommend don't get assistance through NCFAAA agency for hcv. The lady in the front desk Sarah is very unprofessional and rude. Since Vivian left things has been chaotic. They will Hire anyone that's why people come and go. I miss when Vivian was employed , she really help people and did her job pleasantly and didn't give her participants deceive information.
- The New housing coordinator GRACEE Keaton is unpleasant and incompetent DOESNT know what she's doing you can tell this is her first time in the housing field - NCFAAA just hired her because this position has been vacant for serval months and the needed to be filled due to backlog .

I met with Grace Keaton a few days ago and she was very kind, but today she was very rude, condscedning while trying to escalate a problem between the two of us. Her body language and tone was absolutely innaropriate and unprofessional for no reason at all. Nothing I said today was different than last time the only difference was Mandie Thomas was standing there and Ive had complications with her at the other establishment. Though I did not recognize her or remember that at the time.She instructed that girl to come out and treat me that way and she did it not knowing a thing about me. Grace does not have a mind of her own and will end up being that way if she continues to follow that lead. She doesnt seem that way at all though. There is a behavior currently with certain women in these positions right now and it is very heartless and ugly. It must be exhausting being like this to people who have essentially done nothing to you, then again with how effortless and easy it is for them maybe it is how they thrive. Very sad indeed. May God have mercy on your souls for playing with peoples livlihoods like this and may that ugliness be returned to you always as to not spread to those that you are kicking while already down.

My name is Shirley Austin I never had a problem with section 8 I've been on there for 30 years or more Miss Vivian was very nice to me and helping me with my housing when I locate it here in junction City in Manhattan she made sure I got the right help and the quality of a place to live and I think section 8 for helping me

I would give this place a Zero if I could! Please do not get any services for your loved ones here if you can help it! The staff here is so very rude! My daughter was scheduled an appointment over a week before the community worker was suppose to come for a home visit but instead was a No Show! Someone from her agency called me just minutes before my daughter's important annual assessment
appointment and told me that the community worker was out of the office with no explanation at all, which sadly left me and my daughter in a hole that day, sadly!! I called the office of the no show community worker, and spoke with a receptionist who was very rude as well and not only was she rude, but she also hung up in my face! My husband later calls from work to speak with the rude receptionist regarding her behavior towards me, but instead she gets a man to answer the phone twice. So you tell me who was the rude, unprofessional, and childish staff here! Who on earth does these things! An Unprofessional Staff! Never, Ever allow anyone to treat you or your loved ones this way! So sad! Don't go here if you don't have to!!!

For anyone who is an advocate or guardian to your loved ones should not have any services with this agency. I called to speak with someone regarding my daughter, and there was a very rude receptionist that would occasionally answer the phone and would make all kinds of excuses by not simply doing her job duties. She also hung the phone up in my face during conversation regarding my daughter when I was trying to get services and the help that she needed. Afterwards, I made several attempts within that agency to speak with higher management or a supervisor to deal with the situation of the rude receptionist. If you really do care about the compassion and the care of your loved ones, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!
