They’re truly amazing mechanics!
I went there today for a second opinion after being told at the Fort Riley Firestone that my A/C wasn’t working because of a faulty compressor—and they quoted me $1,400 for a full replacement kit. Thankfully, I brought it here instead. Bill looked at it and fixed the issue in just 15 minutes—and only charged me $40!
Honest, fast, and skilled. I’m beyond grateful and will definitely be coming back!

My heat shield fell off my car and was dragging on the ground. I got a tow to Osark and they immediately fixed it for me. I am not from this area and was on a road trip, so I'm very grateful for their help to get back on the road safely! They were very nice and helpful!

Visited Ozark automotive today, and I’m fairly new to Manhattan, ks, but I must say, what a personable guy Bill, the owner was!! I needed a once over to make sure my auto was in great shape! Plus I needed to find a dependable mechanic for any future repairs I may need. Guess what? I’ve found the best!! Thank you Bill for everything!!

I have been using on-site automotive for years and have always had a great experience! Bill has always been very honest and upfront and his prices are excellent. I have brought three different vehicles here and he has always been able to take care of them quickly. Once I even brought my wife’s mini van to him to replace the AC and he called me a couple hours later informing me it had only needed a supply line replaced. That alone keeps me coming back as he was able to save me money by only fixing what was actually needed instead of what I had mistakenly requested.

never ever take your car here..total rip off..if you need something simple done he may be able to handle it...made me believe he was working on my car but it just sat there,,he stole my good battery replaced it with a bad one..my license plate was stolen..assured me car was fine if it just had a new battery..car runs worse than it did when it got there..ant to take your car here dont just run away

Bill works on our work vehicles. He has done work that our previous shop quoted several weeks to even get us into the shop and about twice what Bill charged us. Both shops have had similar quality results in the past for work done so we have moved our work to On Site since he has always been able to give us a fair estimate and timeline. The work was high quality and means that we have since taken 4 of our vehicles there and have always been treated fairly with quality work being done.Services: Electrical repair

The initial image highlights Bill's presence on Facebook, while the vehicles showcased belong to me. Regrettably, the Cadillac's transmission has failed to shift after a mere 6-mile journey. The engine exhibits a propensity for overheating, the paint is peeling, and today, the hood hinge broke due to a missing bolt. Additionally, the horn and headlights are non-functional, the window trims are deteriorating, and the windows themselves do not operate. The car has essentially fallen apart within a short distance and now lies in fragments. On the contrary, the second vehicle, a Blazer, is depicted in impeccable condition. However, the amount I've been charged for these aforementioned cars by him is exorbitant.The engine showcased belongs to a Jaguar, with only $3,500 spent on the parts and an additional $1,000 for his labor. The engine's condition speaks for itself. This individual's craftsmanship is remarkably substandard, underscoring his unreliability. It is strongly recommended to abstain from any transactions with him. He not only drains your finances but also renders your vehicle irreparable, a feat beyond the reach of others. His claims of numerous parts and labor hours are entirely baseless and non-existent

After agreeing on a price to replace my engine I made a $350 deposit, they rip my motor out & try to charge me 1500 more then when I disagreed they left it out back with the windows down to be rained in.. after I file court papers they do not inform me but have it towed 2 weeks ago I had to pay $500 to get my car out of impound & towed back to my house. They stole my battery and radio. They put the motor in the back seat & stuck the keys in the grill. Then when I called the owner to find out why my car was towed he told me my car was never there

Bill is the best mechanic in town. You won't find any other who can beat his price, his knowledge, and mainly his honesty. It's been a couple of years that I bring my car to Bill and I don't regret a single day. Highly recommended!

Has worked on my cars for myself and children for many years. Has always done great by me.I recently bought my 16 year old their first car and let him look and fix things over to ensure safety and road ready for her. My experience with this mechanic shop was beyond disappointing. I took my car in for a simple oil change, and it was returned to me with several new problems that weren't there before! It's as if they intentionally messed things up to get more business out of me. Not only did they overcharge me for the oil change, but they also failed to communicate any potential issues they noticed during the service. The new problems they created resulted in additional costly repairs elsewhere. This shop lacks integrity, and I feel cheated and taken advantage of. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place at all costs! They will do more harm than good to your vehicle

We use Bill's shop for the business vans in our fleet. We were using another 5 star shop but Bill was able to get vehicles in quicker and his rates are better. We have had him work on engines, brakes & electrical work and never had a problem.Services: Electrical repair
