“It's a clean store. I wish they didn't have so much expensive junk. You have to walk all the way to the back to get some of the necessities while in the front of the store. You have all this expensive junk! Toys that are severely overpriced and not even good for your animals. People watch out for stuff like that. Know what you're putting in your animal's mouth. Just a lot of unnecessary nonsense in the front of the store so that makes you walk to the back to get what you need and I know they do that. Thinking you'll buy some of it but I would never buy that stuff. I mean why pay $7.99 for a toy that you can get on Amazon for $1.99 and it's from the same company? Other than that, staff is nice. It's a typical PetSmart”

“I was trying to adopt a dog from there. Unfortunately someone got him before I could bring him home. Otherwise the process went smoothly and I would definitely try to adopt from there again if I see they have an animal I want. Very sweet staff who obviously care about the animals in their care. I do hope the puppy I wanted went to a great home”

“This pet store is not as large as petco or pet smart but it has a better selection of fish to choose from. Common tropical fish like the powder Blue Gourami in the photo are decently priced but other than very common fish the selection is a bit over priced. The tanks are all infested with Malaysian trumpet snails. They tend to know more about the fish than the big pet stores but don't spend as much time cleaning the tanks as a pet owner would. They do have some sales and items that you won't find in the big stores so they are worth checking out. But in my opinion fish are better purchased through online resources that have access to a wider variety and larger stock selection at better prices.”
