I get my dogs done by Isabelle I have a great pyrenees mixed with a English springer spaniel and a Siberian husky and she’s so good with them she’s very educated on what she does and very respectful to the animals themselves. Inside of work and outside. If you’re looking for somebody to do your dogs, I definitely recommend her my babies. Come home looking so good.

I like that I can order cat food and cat care products online and pick them up in store. It saves me time and anxiety of having to go into the store and shop. They are fair priced on products my cats need and love. Some things are overpriced, like the cat toys and cat scratchers or trees or beds, but the cat food and flea treatment and vitamins and other care products are fairly priced. Most of the staff are really kind and helpful and efficient, which makes life easier and better.

I took two of our dogs in for their first professional grooming, they saw Cierra and Isabella. I was nervous to leave them because this was new to them and we have one who is very anxious. I had mentioned in the pre check in our female is not great with nail trims and to not worry about it. They said they would not do anything the dog was not comfortable with as they are a positive experience only which I loved. I got there to pick them up and they said they were able to do her nails, she was calm the entire time! Both girls were so sweet and professional. We will absolutely be back!

I don’t usually fill out surveys to be honest, but when my husband and I had to go buy another kennel for our dog, we were just blown away by the amazing customer service our local Manhattan, KS Petco provided. We knew we’d have to spend a pretty penny on an XXL Kennel, but we didn’t know the online price matched. The worker up front shared this info with us and saved us a ton of money and she didn’t have to do that!? Wow! They were just awesome all around. We will keep coming back for this reason alone. It’s hard to find service like this these days, so when people like your workers go above and beyond to help out a customer, it’s HUGE. Thank you so much!! Keep up the excellent work MHK Petco!
