Yesterday when I went to go drop off my dog, I went about 20 minutes early they told me that I couldn’t drop off my dog because they did not have any kennels available and that I needed to pick her up right when the service was done because they do not have kennels available, so reschedule my dogs appointment for today When I got there I got there 15 minutes late the Groomer said that I was 15 minutes late that she was not going to service my dog accordingly that she wasn’t going to do the nail trim. I asked why she said because on my dad’s record they said she gets anxious when they work on her nails. I told the groomer to go ahead and try it because in the past, she’s allowed other groomers to do some of the nails. I leave thinking that my dog is going to get service and is in good hands, and is going to be taken care of, and loved I get a phonecall not even 10 minutes of me leaving my dog Saying I needed to pick her up because she did not let them do the nail trim when I got there Meghan and Kelsey were the ones with my dog. Both of them were rude. They were telling me to get my dog and get out of here. I’m talking to the manager and I tell the manager why would they start off with the nail trim instead of the bath? It makes no sense they put a bunch of excuses and they’re still telling me to get my dog to leave because they’re not gonna service her the manager and both groomers were so unprofessional they were so rude and mean to me when I got in my car, I cried so much because I knew for a fact that she did not want to service my dog. I’ve been going there for such a long time and it’s sad that these new workers have no ethics they were mean they were rude they were telling me to leave they kept lying to the manager Making up excuses as to why they weren’t able to do it. It was a terrible service, and I can only imagine how they treated my dog when I was gone. As I’m walking out, I had two clients that were in the store. Stop me and tell me that what they did to me was not fair and that I should speak to a higher manager because they could tell that all the workers have attitudes and we’re being mean to me and my dog. Cierra the manager is rude and terrible.

was a great experience. poor jonah was struggling with an ingrown dewclaw. they took amazing care of him and instructed thoroughly on follow-up care. our primary vet and don't plan on making a change.

order immediately cancelled - no explanation or apology but they sure took my money. i have never liked doing business with petco and this surely seals the deal that i will never again. !!!

would not recommend grooming. it was a terrible experience all around, starting with the fact that my dog came home bleeding in several places, it's been over a week and I just found a new scab that I had previously missed. the groomer never asked me what I wanted for his hair cut, they shaved him when I specifically told them not to. He's a doodle but had NO matting, I take it very seriously. Then after all these things they asked me to give the groomer a tip. My tip for everyone else using google reviews is to avoid petco at all costs.

Immaculate store. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I was informed my dog bit a groomer in my experience with my dog. He is timid about getting a nail trim. I didn't see him do what the groomer informed me of his behavior.

Absolutely do not buy a fish from here it will die within a couple days every single time! Happened six times for me!!!! And I have had fishes for years and years, know how to take care of fish. I have never had a problem with getting fish before I got a fish from Petco.

I went to get crickets for my bearded dragon. All of the crickets on the shelf in boxes were dead. Every last one. There were large roaches for twice the price, but the box only had 2 of them inside of it. I was lucky to find a container that was 1/2 off with small roaches inside of it, but they only lasted him a single day for $4. Ridiculous. There was one container of worms that were alive, but they're very fatty and unhealthy to feed to a healthy-weight beardie for anything more than a snack. If you're going to offer the pets in your store that eat these things, make sure you can actually feed them correctly. If you don't have them available for customers, then I'm assuming you also don't have them for the animals for sale, which is incredibly neglectful.

While I don't hold Petco in high regard generally, given some negative experiences, our local Petco is an exception.I have received exceptional help when resolving an e- gift card issue, and my outcomes have always been positive with their associates and management.It is unfortunate that the local store has to deal with the inadequate e-commerce/web shortfalls of the company.

Not greeted by a single staff member and when I got Megan's attention she acted like I disturbed her.? Maybe more training would help her out. I too used to love coming here but between some of the animals looking depressed and near death to the customer service I'm confused as to why I still come in. The customer service sucks. Hopefully there is some good changes in staff, service and pet management soon.

First I want to say I use to love Petco..But for some reason now I am unable to get the dog food my doggies love! I have ask several times if they could get in more but get the same answer " we don't do the ordering" it's very frustrating! I am currently waiting to hear back from petsmart to see if they can get it in.
