I mentioned that I was told I would have 20% off, but it was 13 minutes, until the 4-Hour period, even though they did not honor my 12:30 appointment, so I was not allowed that. I usually tip the groomers, but I felt like the store could tip them the 20%, for the stress and inconvenience.

We took our Maltipoo here for the first time 6 weeks ago and he was groomed very nicely and quickly. Six weeks later we wanted to have him groomed again, but were told we couldn't bring him back because he kept trying to lick the clippers when they wanted to trim his muzzle. He's almost 13 years old, we've had him groomed since he was a puppy . He's always a little anxious with everything, but no one has ever told us not to return. I get it, it's a liability and they don't want to harm the animal. But I think this is an experience thing because the groomers at the big retailers are always very young. Nothing against young people because experience comes with time, but still.

I enjoy shopping at this pet store. Anytime I have a question about a product they'll send somebody to help you find it. I've also had my dog groomed here and the prices are very good and the groomers are very nice.

The shopkeeper was very nice, humble and helping . I went to buy live fish, they have a good stock of fishes.

I ordered a balled python through their website and had it sent here 5 years ago. The lady in there whom is a snake "expert" though I am a vet tech with exotic animal experience, wouldn't let me take the snake, realized she was holding him for her friend. Spent almost 200 dollars for that snake due to it being a rare coloring. I had a special tank ready for him. I waited two weeks for him to get there.
