The gal who did my labwork was amazing. She listened to my special needs regarding having my blood drawn and was super compassionate. She provided education for me for the next time I have labs drawn as well and is just excellent at her job.

Great experience. Waited less than a minute. Office was clean and quiet. Phlebotomist was very kind, considerate and attentive. She was transparent with me on what to expect and is a compassionate person.

Have never seen a more incompetent group of people working in one place in all my life she couldn't do this and couldn't do that the girl working should go back to mcdonald's it's bad when you're the first one in and then you are the last one outing feel sorry for anyone made to go there

If you use the QR code you are sent to check in, that is a great improvement in the check-in process. The young woman who did my blood draw was delightful and competent. Great place to have lab work done!

They should get negative stars. You can sit in the waiting room forever waiting for them but if you're one minute late they cancel your appointment. Total garbage system and the worst customer service on the planet. There's no one available to talk to to explain the situation to see if they could work you in. I won't ever use this worthless company again. No company with this kind of service should remain in business.
Edit: I just told my doctor to mark on my chart to never schedule my labs with Quest in the future. Is rather pay for them out if my own pocket than support a piece of garbage business like Quest. I recommend you find someone/ anyone else to do your labs.
