The technology aspect is good and tech assistance was great when they installed a home theater a few years ago, but quality of equipment is junk and service is really expensive. Plus be sure you get everything in writing. Was promised a credit on billing of a previously promised service that never happened. Still waiting for credit. I know technology changes, but having 1/2 dozen elements break or quit working in 3 years is just poor quality. Very disappointed.

I don't stay on top of the latest audio/home theater technology, so I turned our remodel project over to the folks at Redi Systems. They took the time to understand what I wanted and created a system that suits our family's needs very well. I've also had Redi Systems install home wireless, and a security system and i am pleased with the results. Where Redi Systems stands apart from their competition, however, is customer service. They will do everything they can to ensure a satisfied customer. I don't know of any other company that stands behind their products to this level, and works so diligently to make sure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend them.
