I had made an appointment to view a car. When I got there we test drove the wrong car. It was the same make and model but a different year and was more expensive than the car I had inquired about. Once we got back from the test drive the employee I was working with seemed to lose all interest in me. Especially when a buyer he knew showed up. This employee was impossible to talk to and had no interest in helping me in my search. They were constantly off to talk to the people they knew or to talk to their manager, conversations that I could hear. They should have been having these conversations with me, but my opinion did not seem to matter. I almost walked out on them. They seemed to have no interest in assisting me find a vehicle they only wanted to sell and kept pushing the wrong car that we took a test drive in even after I very clearly said no. They asked me no questions about what I was looking for, they didn't even ask me questions about what kind of car i was looking for or the price range I was working with. I felt totally ignored and received no help whatsoever.

Purchased a used truck here not too long ago, we had Lance as our helper. He was great to work with, no pressure in our purchase and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied!

I took my jeep in for a software update and it was easy and convenient. They even have shuttles that will take you to and from home. The customer service was great.

Marcus was fantastic to work with, which was important to my wife and I as we were looking for a new vehicle a few days after we were rear ended. He was incredibly accommodating, very professional, and just a good person to work with. I would recommend him to anyone that asks.
