Does have a wide selection of clothes for older girls. However, my main issue is the fact that I can spend money here, but my kids can’t use the restroom. It’s “closed” because they don’t have enough staff, however, you have the manager who chose to run her mouth with an employee opposed to assisting us to the restroom, as if she couldn’t use the steps!

The manager was very rude at the checkout . She opened another register which she acted like it was killing here to do . Then after checkout I went to put the cart by the door which there was a metal corral for also it was the exit door. Rudely she told me my cart had to be put on the other side by the front door. She was rude and had a tone about her . I have no problem putting my cart back but her attitude wasn’t called for. I will take my business from now on to a store with better customer service. I won’t be back.

My mother and I were shopping at Ross yesterday and I was struggling trying to get us both checked out and assist my elderly mother with packages, assist her with walking, etc. The two young gentleman that checked us out were so kind and helpful. They offered to help me carry out a rug, watch mom and put the cart away for us. I have experienced these kind young men before and want them to be acknowledged for their thoughtfulness and work ethic. Thank you!!

Bought a pair of boots. Literally put them on to try on and never wore them. They told me the boots were “too dirty”. I had the tag and the receipt with them. The back of the receipt says they accept unworn merch at full refund accompanied by the tag….

I noticed this senior lady associates kinda racist because she always greet white people " Welcome to Rose" but never greet people of colors like me, while observing seeing my son entering the store without saying anything but just looked at him. She saw me and my wife enterex the storeand did not say anything. Feeling unwelcomed I will not shop in tbis Ross location anymore, Burlington is just in the other side.

What an amazing experience, the store was super clean, full of good finds, great prices, amazing employees, and great customer service. Lex was amazing and helped me in every way, she was polite, friendly, fast, courteous and just a joy to be around. She made sure that everything I got was what I needed at really fair prices and I absolutely loved the way she was, she brightened up the day.

Don’t expect to return anything at this store. I bought a suitcase and didn’t realize it was missing a zipper inside until I got home. I took it back the next day and was not allowed to do an even exchange for one with a working zipper. Tried the store once and absolutely never going back.
