With the past six times I’ve been to the store during their store hours. They have been closed early. It doesn’t matter if you go early in the morning or in the afternoon, they are going to be closed. Don’t waste the gas like I did.

My family and I went to the mall Sunday May 29 2022. The customer service was horrible . The young man that was working the sales floor was not friendly or helpful at all. We went in again today so my daughter could buy a few items again the customer service was terrible the cashier left a sensor on my daughter dress the alarm went off then she proceeded to just throw everything back in the bag I had to ask her can you fold the items back like they where again my family and I spent alot of money in this store . Prejudice is what I'm getting!!

I usually buy a few things here and a few things there, but if you plan on buying a couple outfits I'd say they were more than I thought and their boxers run small.

Was sad when Wet Seal closed in the mall but thankfully rue21 is still open and they always have great prices and items that are on trend and cute AF. They have a great selection that works for most ages. The people are always super nice and helpful.
