Nice store and well kept. Horrendous customer service. Rude staff. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough. A few nice staff members but the awful ones really bring down the experience.

I’ve had several positive experiences at this store location over the past year. One employee in particular, Tristen, constantly went above and beyond to patiently solve my problems and demonstrate a high level of knowledge about the products and services! Highly recommend this location (and Tristen in particular)!

Went to T-Mo to add my fiancee to my plan and discovered her phone was locked. Tristen helped us deal with the issue and spent over an hour assisting us including literally calling Verizon and speaking with their customer service. Very knowledgeable! Great customer service.

I've had T-Mobile for nearly 20 years and love it. Their service is amazing. I don't go in often but when I do, they always go above and beyond to help. This store is newly remodeled and it is nice and modern.

Person I was actually working with was great and trying to help. Unfortunately even the employee didn't get anywhere calling T-mobile customer service. Very inappropriate for another employee to be questioning whether the one helping was capable of doing their job! Don't get me wrong 2 heads better than 1 at times but this went beyond.

Was able to get help with a SIM card problem very quickly and easily. Employees were helpful, kind, and not pushy to get me to buy something I didn't need.

Poor customer service. Kid who first helped needed assistance from what I assumed was the store manager. I went back a couple of hours later, to move forward with an upgrade and the other customer service person met me at the door was not very friendly, and didn’t even smile and just start plugging in information on her iPad and told me yes I could upgrade for a certain price. The kid came back to try to find all that the manager that was helping him wouldn’t even look at me but looked at his staff and said that there was nothing they could do because my small fee that I paid earlier that I thought was just for taxes to continue on the payment. Plan was just for a service fee and that could be done

My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones, dreading going on a Friday night because the process usually takes such a long time. We had Darryl M. and he was amazing. He was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time to answer all our questions with a great attitude. His friendliness and prompt customer service made the visit to this store a great one. Thank you Darryl for making our night!

I switched from Total Wireless to T-Mobile and it was a huge mistake. Yes, T-Mobile has inexpensive packages; however, there is no comparison in reception. I am finding I have little or no service in many of the places I had service with Verizon. If you are thinking about switching, don’t.

Left Verizon for T-Mobile and it was a huge mistake. Yes, T-Mobile is cheaper, but the service is not very good. Just took a trip to Indiana that I have made many times before and never had an issue with service before switching to T-Mobile. I had no service or 1 bar in multiple places during this one. If you thinking about switching from Verizon, do do it.

Words cannot express my gratitude to the TEAM, especially Robbie Gipson, at this T Mobile Store I am a 10 year customer, and thus team is the best I've encountered. I'm traveling from the West Coast abd my phone malfunctioned. I walked into T Mobile 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night. Instead of acting put out, the whole crew kindly, efficiently, and with good cheer, took the 30 minutes to sell me a new phone, set it up, and transfer my data. Their professionalism is remarkable and appreciated.

I am on a trip to bury a family member and my phone was damaged just as family and friends are needing to get through to me. I ran out to this T Mobile location and arrived 10 minutes before closing on a Friday night. I expected them to tell me to come back in the morning or be siurly and rushed as they set up a new phone for me. Maria greeted me with a smile, Robbie solved multiple issues, and the two other employees chipped in in the true spirit of TEAMWORK. I've been with T Mobile 10 years, Robbie and the other employees at this location earned another ten years of loyalty. Their professionalism, expertise and friendly manner just left me in a complete state of gratitude. GREAT WORK T MOBILE! You hire effective and competent staff, at least in this location.
