I went to go pick up some photos, they told me over the phone it was gonna be one price and when I got to the store it was triple the price than what they told me. And they wouldn’t give me the pictures for the original price .

Their inventory is always low, lots of empty shelves. Store looks like it is closing. Staff is unavailable, stood at the counter for 5 minutes without a sole in sight. There were people in n the office behind the counter, I could hear laughing and talking but there was no way to get their attention. I finally left and went to WalMart. As I was leaving a guy came out of the back room just in time to tell me to have a nice day.

I have been a long time premium member of Staples but lately their delivery in Manhattan Kansas has been a joke at best. Example on 02/24/2021 I ordered 1 8 reem case of plain white Bond, as of today 03/09/2021 they have been unable to deliver. It has been reshipped at least 4 times and every day I just get the message that my order has been delayed. I have talked with support on several occasions, they were always very nice, but needless to say Staples is not capable of delivering 1 case of paper. When I talked to the people in the Staples Store in Manhattan. Their response was that is handled by corporate and we have nothing to do with the issue. My feelings about Staples is that at lease one of the 70,000 people they employ could solve the problem, but apparently I am wrong. So good luck if you need to order anything for delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
