  Husband and I rented from Gary for over four years and never a single gripe! Always fixed any issues quickly, very understanding and helpful. And he even blew bubbles with my kids

  Poorly managed and poorly maintained, his negligence lead to the destruction of a gaming computer amongst other personal property. The place is full of hazards, flooded multiple times, the kitchen has hot water for only 2min because it has a different heat line....I can go on for hours. Avoid these properties.

  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Great guys to work with, personable, good communication, great work/business ethics, more affordable than two other painters we took bids from, and they do BEAUTIFUL, quality work that will last. They went the extra mile, and did more than I expected.
