I had an opportunity to meet Vincent who was very nice and professional to help when I was having problems with the vacuum. It was a very difficult moment but Vincent was able to help resolve the issue and stood by to make sure everything was working before taking out. Tommy’s express should definitely give him a raise and hire more employees like Vincent. Thank you Vincent once again.
