I was upset regarding a transaction that I didn't understand. The branch member calmed my nerves by explaining the problem in terms that I could understand. The problem appeared to be a large one for me. However, it turned out to be a minor issue.I'm impressed with UMB's branch members

My account was placed on hold on had no access to my account. With no access to my account and no prior notification. This branch placed a hold and was the only one that could take it off. I was told I would need to come in and find out the reason for the hold on Monday during business hours, I live out of state and kept my account here at this bank because of the previous positive experiences. This experience has made me look for new banking institutions to handle my business

Can't get your account holders name in the correct order, never received my chip card, and unfriendly tellers. I went elsewhere.
