I usually have a good experience at Verizon, but my interaction with Rachel was incredibly disappointing. From the moment she started helping me, she was short, impatient, and made it clear that assisting me was a hassle. Instead of offering helpful service, she acted like I was inconveniencing her. Customer service should be about making people feel valued, not like a burden. If you visit this location, I’d recommend asking for someone else.

Not to impressed with the service I got today, went in to pick up for an order I placed through phone call order, I was told they lost the key to pick up the order, I told them it was fine I could come back later, then got pressured into cancelling the original order after repeatedly telling them I could come back, they proceeded to tell me the order would be cancelled in 2-3 days and didn't know if they would ever find the key, I checked after I got home it was actually 7 days Im pretty sure they just wanted to rob someone's sell, they gave me an older model router and I had a new model one sitting in the box "they lost the key to". Kinda my fault for giving in, but this was my second attempt at getting the box with prior issues and was tired of dealing with it.
And to top it off I don't think the one I got is working quite rite my Internet seems jumpy compared to my old uverse and I'm running wire to my TV.

The is an extra box still reflecting on my account not to happy.
03/21/25 Update: Just got charged for a box I didn't get still waiting for it to get credit back on my account, account is still showing it as a service I received not to happy with this unessary irritation that cost me extra, some people show no regard for others, it's just rude service. That 2-3 days was I flat out lie.

Cote Absolutely refused to help me lower my bill because I was not in the market of buying a phone. Stores are just as much customer service as they are sales. Cote's actions make her look like she's wanting the commission only and not do any other part of her job

Terrible customer service! I went in for help with my plan and the associate was very rude and dismissive. He told me to just do what I needed done on my phone and refused to even look at my account on his tablet. He then proceeded to tell me to leave the store when I asked why they are paying him to stand around and do nothing. When I went back into the store to speak to his manager he acted all big and bad and tried to get in my face while almost knocking my pregnant wife down to the floor. I unfortunately did not get his name but he has a nose piercing and a terrible attitude. I will definitely be reaching out to corporate as that employee has no business working anywhere, especially not dealing with customers. Terrible store and terrible customer service.

Unbelievably scummy business practices. Based entirely around signing people up for things theg don’t know they’re signing up for. Told an older man who had just recently got a new phone at another store that he could “get a better one”. Signed him up for a COMPLETELY new phone line and told him to go return his old phone and get his original phone number disconnected. Signed him up for perks and protection he did not agree to.

No experience... a male couldn't answer questions about service and/or repairs. Was then rude after he was asked about a repair policy and hung up on me ...
15yr customer with 3-5 phone line accounts as well as 10-15 different phones purchased. Not a model of a successful business when people like this are representing your company.

Came in first and waited for an hour just for them to ignore us and help the people that just entered the store. Customer service is terrible.

The entire staff was friendly and fantastic. I spoke with the manager at the location. She couldn't have been nicer. They did their best to help me out and I appreciate their service

Went here to get a new tablet and watches. Waited over 45 mins and no help. We saw at least 3 people come in after us and they got helped before us. I understand under staff but come on. Won't be going there on the weekends

They were not helpful at all. I felt like unless you were there to try to buy something they were not going to hell you because it doesn’t help with their commission.
