We had great service here. They made upgrading our phones and transferring from another provider very easy.. we had an appointment but were seen early. They answered all and any questions we had and they were very pleasant. I'd feel more than comfortable coming back if I needed help. This was my first experience with Verizon and I was very pleased.

i went to the verizon store in manhattan ks dec 30, 2023 about speaker problems with my smart phone. i was told that he fixed the problem with my speaker phone, and it was alot better now. oh yeah, right. i got home and made a phone call using speaker phone. and he didn't fix anything at all. It's still just as bad as, before i went there. so thanks for nothing verizon. you didnt have to say you fixed something, that you really didn't. minus 10 stars for you. i'm sure they'll reply by saying, oh i'm sorry. the truth is. they're not sorry at all

I only stopped by to drop off an item I needed to turn in as a trade-in device. My time there was very short and quick. Very professional and was greeted with a lovely sight of I do dare say.

Wonderful customer service. Taylor was absolutely wonderful and appreciated the detailed service to ensure I left with no questions or issues remaining. Also a very clean store.

Incompetent sales. Sold me plans for my devices that didn't exist. 1st month I had Verizon customer support telling me all the numbers are wrong and my bill is going to be 40% higher

They were present and helpful but I went 4 times before given a sim card to just TRY to see if my phone would work that Verizon service offered..

20 minutes until close one person looking at phones on the wall and the 3 reps finishing business with one customer each. As I register to get help with a 5 minute issue, I was turned away with an appointment 3 days away. The tech support online was through chat on the phone. After multiple disconnects I had hoped for a quick resolution in person. Three quick changes to my account I wasted 4 hours of my time online with chat reps who obviously were taking care of a dozen or more customers simultaneously. Verizon will connect in more rural places than most phones, but the high price and poor customer service should be considered. If you are in Manhattan you can't get 5G service, even Riley has a 5G tower. Other carriers do have 5G in Manhattan. Verizon can't even answer why or when it will be available.ADDITIONAL QUESTIONThe responses to all the complaints sound like you wish to be helpful. Of course we don't have a button to click for a rebuttal. So I will post this question here in my edit. After being charged for over 2 years for 5G service. My home market in Manhattan, KS still has no 5G. Explain why and when I will receive the claimed service level.You have a 5G tower in Riley a city 10% of the size of Manhattan. You are charging a premium for the service but you aren't delivering the national hype to fifth gen.

I went into the store today to upgrade my phone. Manny greeted me at the door to see if needed help. I had already had two phones in mind and he was able to answer any questions I had. I also had a question about an offer that was on the Verizon app. Manny worked with me and made upgrading incredibly easy. He was super helpful. I don't hope to go back soon for an issue, but if I do, I'll definitely look for Manny.I've had an account since the Altell days, and have never had better customer service than I did today. Manny was easy to talk to and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want or need. He was also great at explaining everything. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Mani definitely made joining & buying a phone extremely easy! Very welcoming & he was able to explain everything in Spanish and english so both my mom and i could understand.
