Placed a pick up order, to avoid the every single visit that lasts over an hour, for me to have to go inside and wait over an hour anyways. No one greets you when you walk in. They’re rude when they get to you. Three of us in line stated we were here for phone pickups only and the guy said he’ll get to us after he puts these screen protectors on phones that no customer is here waiting on. Then goes to the back to grab one order and comes out of the backroom 5 minutes later eating with food in his hand.

I always choose this store location over the corporate store! It took longer this time than usual because the sales associate's login wouldn't work right & the safe time kept resetting, but overall, I'd go back.

I just called the store phone number listed on this Google business account, whoever answered did not bother to introduce themselves and only wanted to rapidly gather information about me right off the bat, seemed like a scammer.

Long story short they allowed someone who is not on my account to have possession of one of my phones and wipe the memory on it, when I explicitly said to the store clerk to give my phone to my husband who was there to pick up the phone from them but instead they handed the phone to the unauthorized person. My phone was returned wiped and broken. Then after I denied them access to my account, they proceeded to send me another request and call me to get access to my stolen phone.

I had a fantastic experience with Kade K. at Verizon. He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, taking care of adding my family members into my plan and also assisting other customers seamlessly. 1 employee for a room full of people waiting. Absolutely ridiculous, only go here if you want to wait over an hour. They don’t check you in or ask what you are here for and all I needed was to drop off a trade in. Verizon sure doesn’t make this stuff easy.

I went in for a new phone upgrade today. Eli was super helpful and kind in getting me set up. The other employee was also really kind too! They made it such an easy process. I’m glad I stopped in.

If I could give the guy a zero or a negative number for customer service I would. My elderly aunt bought a Galaxy watch from him that was to be connected to her phone and the fall alert was to be active. We went to this store twice to make sure everything was correct. He supposedly checked both and said all was good. My aunt fell while outside and her watch did nothing! We have no idea how long she laid before she was found. When her daughter checked the watch and phone, nothing was set!! If you go there, buyer beware.

Kade is EXCELLENT! He is very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and really goes out of his way to ensure each customer has a thorough, informed, and positive experience! Give this guy a raise, promote him, ensure he has a long path forward with Verizon! We trust the information he provides us and the integrity he exhibits each time we visit!
